Ménilmontant, Paris : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Superbe maison, calme et bien desservie. Bruno est très sympathique et super réactif. La maison possède un jolie jardin pour un bain de soleil lorsque le temps s'y prête. Je n'ai pas pu en profiter car le temps était capricieux. Je recommande la maison de Bruno! Foncé! P.S: Son chat Oscar, une perle :)

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

The house was very nice and the hosts are very friendly. 10min walk to the metro station, easy to reach the city center.

Super weekend, Yana est disponible et aux attentes. Logement bien agencé et bien fourni en ustensiles et électroménager. Rapport qualité prix au top.

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Really enjoyed our stay here, it was even better than the pictures. Very spacious and great location. There were personal things in the apartment but to be expected as it is a home.

Fantastic apartment in an unbeatable location! Stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to great cafés, boutiques, and landmarks. Thibaut was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana en París y nos alojamos en el apartamento de Patricia en Le Marais. Fue fácil encontrarlo... está en una zona céntrica pero muy tranquila, al lado de Plaza de la Bastilla. Las instrucciones para recoger las llaves🗝️ y acceder al piso fueron muy claras. El piso es exactamente como muestran las fotos. Hay dos habitaciones con camas MUY cómodas 🛌🏼. Hay también un sofá🛋️ cama que nosotros no utilizamos pero parecía muy cómodo también. La cocina 👩🏼‍🍳 es muy práctica y funcional. El baño 🚿 nuevo, limpio y funcional, con una ducha buena. El 🚾 está en un cuarto pequeño separado de la zona de ducha y del lavamanos, lo cual se agradece cuando hay varios huéspedes. 👥👥 A destacar la decoración🏺🖼️ 🏮del apartamento, con gran gusto y a la vez cómodo y funcional. Piso muy silencioso. 🤫 La comunicación con Patricia siempre ha sido muy fluida y amable. 🎀 Nos hemos sentido como en casa🏡!!

Just wow! My wife, 3 kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and close to restaurants, transport (train & bus) and neighboring attractions - yet secluded enough, away from any noise. Most importantly, it was safe! Halimeina is friendly in her communication and very responsive. We would definitely return to her property in the future! All-in-all, the stay allowed us to enjoy a magnificent experience across Paris!

Perfect location and very nice owner Charlotte! Friendly for a family trip, 2 bedroom and a couch could be slept in. Definitely good for children! Walkable for almost places and very close to the main station. A cute bakery and restaurant downstairs. Strongly recommended!

Super séjour chez Anne-Laure : l’appartement est fidèle aux photos, décoré avec goût, lumineux et très chaleureux. On s’y sent bien ! Cohabitation avec le chat bien passée. On a bcp aimé le quartier : très animé, secure, éclectique … le samedi soir c’est blindé de monde de toutes générations et c’est très sympa (ce soir là, la nuit est animée et bruyante - prévoir boules quies !)!! et plein de super restos (penser à réserver !!) Anne-Laure a été extrêmement arrangeante sur notre arrivée et nous avons pu poser nos sacs + tôt que prévu. Merci également pour les tuyaux restos : excellente soirée dimanche soir dans un succulent restaurant qui sortait des sentiers battus.. !

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

Nous avons passé un chouette séjour à Paris dans cet appartement, la literie était très confortable pour nous et les enfants, un lit bébé etait disponible pour ma fille. La cuisine super équipée il y avait tout pour etre tranquille durant le séjour.

Veronique molto precisa nelle istruzioni sull’uso della casa, disponibile per informazioni e chiarimenti. Casa luminosa, pulitissima, ha lasciato tanti spazi disponibili per gli ospiti. L’appartamento è accogliente, bagni belli e funzionali. Cucina attrezzatissima. Il quartiere è residenziale, tranquillo con tanti negozi biologici dove fare un’ottima spesa. Servito molto bene tra autobus e metro. Vicino alle attrazioni turistiche ma in una zona tranquilla, piacevole autentica e senza la folla.

Wow!! Amazing communication and an amazing place!! This place is even more amazing than the photos. Everything was pristine. The location is awesome with lots of things to do. We felt at home. The only problem? We didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much Bedis!!

We had the most amazing experience at Marianne’s place! First of all, she received us in person, what made the checkin feel very personal and warm. Secondly, the listing was so clean and comfortable. The pillows and bed are like hotel ones and the bed sheets are super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the apartment, the shower is the beat I had on an Airbnb so far. As it all wasn’t enough, Marianne is a very responsive and nice host. Literally a 5 stars experience ✨ will definitely book again next time we visit Paris.
