The house is beautiful. The host was fantastic. Beautiful surroundings. It was great to sit out on the deck that over looked the river.

What a wonderful & beautiful property! There is so much to explore inside and out with fun surprises around every corner. More than enough room to find your own space when you want, and fantastic gathering spaces for the whole group. There is plenty to do no matter what weather. Saying the kitchen is ready for anything is an understatement, every utensil, appliance, and most spices you would need to cook anything are there! We did feel the cleaning fee was steep, but the place was immaculate. Not a spot of dust or dirt anywhere. Hearing the swans call to each other at night and in the early morning was a treat most people never experience. We loved our stay and hope to return again soon!

By far the most beautiful (both architecturally and geographically) airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The home is stunning and the view is even more stunning. Close enough to Fish Creek (4 minute drive) for easy access to restaurants and shops. Property feels private and quiet as it’s set back in the forest (but with largely unobstructed view of the bay).

The house was exactly as pictured in the listing! It is comfortable and full of history, while being tastefully renovated. We were there for the coldest days of the year by far, and the efficient heating and wood stove kept us cozy and warm. The living room is perfect for reading or watching a movie by the fire, and the lovely shops, restaurants and cafes of Fish Creek are a short walk away. Mackenzie is a kind and helpful host and even left a little bag of treats for our four legged family member as well. We will definitely be back!

My friends and I have had a great time at the house. Everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable. The location is great, only takes 10-15 minutes to get to different places in Door County (Egg Harbor, Sister Bay, Baileys Harbor)

We had a wonderful stay. Large place with lots of amenities! Host always responded quickly.

This is a cozy and spacious house! We came with 2 adults, 2 kids and our dog, very secluded with a nice little trail that leads to a fire pit with many chairs and firewood available across the street for a small fee. It was snowing and raining when we came so lots of things were closed, which made it all the better that we had the house to hangout at. Carrie and Josh were great hosts and made sure we had our needs met, would definitely stay here again!

The place was small but absolutely perfect for us! We brought our dogs, and the host went above and beyond by leaving water bowls and a roll of poop bags for us to use, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space was cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay! The camping area was extremely quiet and peaceful. All folks working there were very helpful and welcoming. The cabin was clean and has a nice outdoor area next to it with trees and a standing fire pit. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Would stay again!

My boyfriend and I loved this place for a few different reasons. The size was perfect for us. We like to cook a lot of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location. It was a quick and easy drive to either Sister Bay or Egg Harbor. With all of the surrounding trees, it felt secluded even though it was near the road.

Professionally managed, quality accommodations, high expectations fulfilled! I would recommend Chateau Sister Bay to groups of friends or families. The Sister Bay location is ideal for access to most of the Door County highlights. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. Thank you Kristi and Cory!

Was a beautiful little cabin that was perfect for me during my work trip. Kaye was super helpful with the changes to my trip. Would highly recommend to anyone coming up for work or vacation to stay there.

We felt right at home at this amazing house in Sister Bay! I came with my wife and 2 young kids for Fall Fest and we had a blast. The house was close to everything, Fall Fest was within walking distance, the beds were super comfy, the house had everything we needed and more and the fall colors were pure eye candy. We cooked plenty of breakfasts on the gas stove and had bonfires most nights in the fire out back (which was also super convenient for our dog and for the kids to let out some steam). Our kids also loved hanging out in the She Shed. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I was so comfortable that at times I forgot I was in Door County and thought I was at home! Would definitely go back!

You can’t ask for a better location in Fish Creek. Kitchen was well appointed, spacious primary suite, great views and walkable to everything! Host had detailed instructions and recommendations. Great stay and would stay again!

My husband and I spent one night and it was a great little getaway. Very relaxing and peaceful. The host was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!
