A fantastic stay while you're in Monaco! It's the perfect location for the casino and main shopping areas, as well as taking a walk up to Beausoleil. Great food options close by and an absolutely beautiful roof garden right outside the window (you'll have access with your key) The studio itself is small, best for one person or a couple, and is equipped with everything you need for your stay including kitchen items and a blow dryer! The washer/dryer was the icing on the cake. There are a few grocery stores within waking distance so you will truly have everything you could possibly need while you're there. I would absolutely stay here again

Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil. L'appartement est hyper propre et fonctionnel. Bien placé, on peut y arriver à pieds de la gare. Proche des plages et du port. Attention, c'est porche de la voie ferrée mais il n'y a pas de train la nuit, sommeil protègé.

d'abord merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et à sa disponibilité. Le plus: un parking est disponible en sous sol ce qui, pour un appartement en centre ville, est très précieux. la situation du bien est exceptionnelle avec une grande terrasse face à la mer ou l on peut prendre les repas. Le centre ville est à 5mn à pied et le vieux Menton à 15mn toujours a pied. L appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé

We had a lovely stay in Florences's beautiful apartment. It is very conveniently located The apartment complex is very clean and tidy and we enjoyed the tennis courts and swimming pool.

It was my second time at Marie's apartment and I just love it. It's well arranged, feels cosy and personal, special mention to the little terrace and the round window above the bed with sea view. Marie is always responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la gare du centre ville et des commerces et des plages ! Très propre: refait à neuf. Grand salon très lumineux et calme avec cuisine équipée fonctionnelle. Seul bémol la chambre sur rue un peu bruyante malgré les doubles vitrages. Mais c'était bien précisé dans l'annonce.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Impeccably styled with so much character, making for a very special stay. The kind of house that feels like it tells a story. The house is extremely spacious, with comfortable beds (cozy pillows and duvets), a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful dining room overlooking the Alpes-Maritimes, which would easily be at home on the pages of a design magazine. Tasteful decoration, lots of space and very much a home. Thank you for a beautiful week. We’re looking forward to renting this again with some friends.

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Très bon séjour chez Cindy avec 3 enfants en bas âge et 2 chiens. La plage Pablo Picasso avec son parking (payant) est très bien et facile d'accès. Résidence calme avec des voisins supers sympas. Maison très accueillante. La climatisation dans chque pièce est très très agréables, surtout ave les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eu. Les jeux pour les enfants ainsi que la piscine tubulaire ont été un vrai plus également . Cindy a été arrangeante et à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Super séjour, vraiment pas déçu.

Très bon séjour toujours avec un formidable logement : c’est la seconde fois que nous venons et sommes toujours ravis. Maike est très réactive et disponible. Un régal. La résidence avec piscine est parfaite.

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

Ich durfte 5 Wochen in diesem herzigen Appartement verbringen. Es sah genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein und hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Klimaanlage lief als Heizung perfekt, ich musste nie frieren, obwohl es Januar war. Die Lage ist super. Nahe zu den Restaurants, zur Promenade, zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Perfekte Anbindung zum Flughafen, zu den Museen, zum Bahnhof, sowie zum Busbahnhof. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind toll! Mylene war super freundlich und hat sich vor und am Ankunftstag proaktiv bei mir gemeldet. Während des Aufenthaltes las sie meine Nachrichten unverzüglich und war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch der Check in und das Check out liefen ohne Probleme und ich durfte sogar noch eine Stunde länger drin bleiben, als ich erst am Nachmittag meinen Flug hatte. Ich kann diese Wohnung für 1-2 Personen nur weiterempfehlen. Ich komme bestimmt wieder! Dank Mylene!

Un grand merci à Nicolas et sa famille pour cette formidable location. L appartement était tout à fait conforme à l annonce. Il est très ensoleillé, avec une vue magnifique sur le golf et la mer. Il règne une atmosphère très calme dans le village vacances. Excellente communication avec Nicolas. Nous reviendrons, c est certain !

I can write a book about this place. It was perfect in every way. First of all, the view was phenomenal each morning and night. The host was very attentive even before arriving to care about easy check-in. There were plenty of linens, supplies, dishes, and cooking utensils. Everything was carefully selected and I was impressed with the beauty of presentation. The decorations inside house is stunning. The bed is large and very very comfortable. I am very sensitive about noise. The heating sound was almost none. At night, the neighbor and surroundings were very quiet. The place is located at the top of hill. Some people wrote reviews about lots of stairs but I did not have any problems. Plenty of stores were within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient. I can’t wait to return.

Le logement était très pratique avec sa place de parking et le supermarché Lidle juste en bas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour et l'apartement est très bien équipé: volets roulants éléctriques, équipements pour la cuisine dont Airfryer, machine à laver/sèche linge etc. Idéal pour une famille. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. Nous avons pu cuisiner, faire nos lessives etc et la TV du salon est grande et il y a les comptes Netflix deja paramétrés pour les voyageurs dans plusieurs langues. La décoration est moderne et les éclairages LED rendent l'apartement encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons réservés ce logement pour 2 nuits. Emplacement idéal, proche du casino qui est accessible à pied en moins de 20min. Environnement très paisible et agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer. Concernant l’appartement, très bien équipé et propre. Andrea nous a mit à disposition tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin pendant notre séjour ce qui apporte un plus à notre expérience ! Andrea est très réactif et donne de bon conseil sur la ville et l’expérience monégasque. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour et n’hésiterons pas à re loué l’appartement.

Malgré le mauvais temps lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le balcon puisse se fermer par de grandes vitres et nous avons pu profiter de cet espace et de la vue mer. Super accueil par Marie Hélène avec quelques bons plans restau dont nous avons su profiter et pouvons valider !

Our stay at Kevin’s Airbnb was perfect. The location is calm and convenient as it is walkable to the waterfront as well as local businesses and a supermarket. The place was clean and the perfect amount of space for our stay. Kevin was responsive and helpful by offering a flexible check-in and meeting us upon arrival to help us get acclimated to the space. Great Airbnb!
