I can’t begin to describe how magical our stay was. I was a bit worried about the weather as I have previously been in a tornado, and there was severe weather heading our way however, once I got to the property, I saw that it was not the type of area that a tornado would typically hit and they had a location on the property that we could go to for safety just in case. Our host was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions to ease my mind, and in the end, listening to the rain on the rooftop was one of the most relaxing and peaceful sounds I have ever heard . The treehouse was beautifully decorated with the sweetest touches at every turn. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. ! We can’t wait to bring our family back!

Place is Beautiful! James is great to work with. Have stayed at his place twice and will be booking again as we are down in that area the next few months. Definitely a hidden gem.

We had full capacity of family. Marci was so accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. She was concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was the best host!!! We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a ball with the yard, roasting marshmallows!

We stayed here as a group for a work trip. It was spacious enough that we each had our own rooms, and big enough to all fit at the kitchen table to discuss and eat.

Such a cute cottage/house! Easy to get around Chattanooga from here. Safe and quiet neighborhood! We would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay, and hope to visit again when we next go to see the wildflowers at the Pocket. The house is also 25 minutes from Cloudland State Park, and only 5 to 10 minutes from stores and restaurants in Lafayette. It backs up on a quiet dirt road that our dog loved exploring, so your pooch will enjoy it, too.

Lovely house in the woods on Lookout Mountain with twinkly city lights and beautiful sunrises through the bare trees. Home was beautifully decorated and very cozy. We were very comfortable. Katie and Joel are great hosts: super nice, helpful, and easy to communicate with. All this was great, but location was FANTASTIC. Easy drive downtown and GORGEOUS hiking trails up to the top of the mountain basically right outside the front door. Highly recommend!!

A perfect spot for our last minute stay! Lots of personal touches and historic character in the little house. Everything was just as it was described. Only regret is we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit due to weather!!

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

The property is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the must-see attractions of Rock City, Ruby Falls, and grocery shopping. Guests will find plenty of opportunities for hiking, taking in majestic sunsets, and enjoying the breathtaking views from the edge of the mountain. This is truly a destination that deserves a spot on anyone's travel itinerary.

Amy was so sweet! She came up to us Friday morning on the way out to my car and introduced herself. She was so inviting and didn’t hesitate to let us know we could message her anytime. The place was absolutely adorable and cozy, as well. I would absolutely book again!

We had a lovely stay here! It was a beautiful apartment and very conveniently located. Everything was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. As others have mentioned, it is next to a busy road so it was pretty loud at night but the provided earplugs helped a lot! Overall, we would highly recommend for a cozy stay.

My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay! The theme was so cool! We really enjoyed the scavenger hunt. Kristi was an AMAZING host! She answered all of our questions, was a great help, and was so kind and friendly! We felt right at home! We will definitely be visiting again!

If was a perfect little spot to stay for the weekend! It wasn’t too far from town itself, and the drive into town is super pretty! The place itself was nice as well, it looked like the pictures (but actually was a bit more open than the pictures showed, which I like). It had everything we needed and Merritt was super helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Would totally recommend!

awesome place to vist. the little River canyon and DeSoto Park is a must see. definitely will be coming back. The cabin and the hot tub was just what we needed for a few days. stromed the second day but still found time to explore before and the cabin to relax after. thank you for such an amazing place to stay.

We had our annual college friend reunion here this year, and I think we’ll be coming back here every year. This place was perfect. It had enough space for everyone without being crammed. Everything worked great, easy to get to. This was the perfect place for us. Cannot recommend Laura and this place enough. We will 1000% be coming back!

We had an absolutely peaceful vacation. The property was quiet and so very beautiful. We needed some rest and relaxation and we got it here. We cooked every meal, the home had everything we needed. We loved the fire pit and swings. We enjoyed the lake. We even had a few friendly dogs and a great big sweet cat visit. The only thing I can come close to being negative about was, it’s super dark coming in at night and it’s hard to see. A street/yard lamp would be nice. We would stay here again anytime we visit the area. Best Airbnb we’ve ever rented.

Absolutely loved our stay at Mrs. Faye's cabin. The time and love they have put into this place is remarkable. To my wife & I this was a little slice of heaven. Takes you back to a simpler time, we really didn't want to leave to venture out much just sit on the beautiful porch enjoying nature and each other. The antique decor was a dream come true to enjoy. Had my morning coffee on the porch while watching a family of deer cross the yard. Really was a peaceful and relaxing stay, we would love to come back sometime in the future. Couldn't ask for better communication with our host. Really appreciate the warm touches Mrs. Faye left us to make us feel warm and welcome. Even was able to get some fresh eggs to have for breakfast. Enjoyed a cozy fire in the evenings and even grilled steaks for dinner one night. Location is great for visiting Chattanooga, TN and other local attractions. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We really loved Angela's cabin. It is very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed hiking in DeSoto and exploring the boulders around the house. Location is convenient to Mentone and Fort Payne.
