Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

Located in a very cool part of town. The neighborhood is walkable but driving is easy and quickly gets you to restaurants, bars, and great shopping. Chattanooga has something for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts can choose kayaking, biking, or trekking nearby.

This place was incredible! Super clean, host was very thoughtful to make our anniversary stay worthwhile. It seemed like every time we needed something it was already thought of and placed there for us to use. Everything that we wanted to do in downtown was just a short walk away. We love Chattanooga, and this has become our go to stop now. Thank you so much!

We came into town for a wedding and it was in the perfect place to be between where we needed to be and also Chattanooga. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anybody. April

Great location and great view! The apartment is comfortable and clean. You can hear the road noise at night but it's not bad and they do provide a sound machine. The location is well worth the bit of road noise. Would definitely recommend this one!!

We felt right at home! Greg’s place was SPOTLESS and the location could not be beat. Walkable to several restaurants, and a short drive to everything Chattanooga has to offer. We loved having access to a kitchen and washer/dryer and dedicated parking spot. Would recommend this place again and again!

We enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place, the three bedrooms work best for our family. The condo is in an old building and efficiently organized, the balcony is a really nice feature. We walked back one day from Mellow Mushroom downtown and it took us 30 minutes, I had completely forgotten about the shuttle to the Choo Choo… we would stay here again. Thanks!

Even better than the photos! I loved my stay here. The neighborhood was calm and walkable - perfect for an evening or morning stroll! The apartment was also so lovely and comfortable. I loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the views. The kitchen was perfectly stocked! I will be back for sure!

This house was wonderful! The location was walking distance to several great restaurants and fun things to do. Check in was very easy and the house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings! We come to Chattanooga often and this will definitely be our go-to for a place to stay. Jenna was absolutely amazing and accommodating! She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Check in and check out was smooth.

The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

My family of 5 and our dog stayed at this wonderful location! It was clean, spacious, and very walkable to alot of different places downtown. We really enjoyed it! Forrest was a wonderful host! We will definitely be coming back again

This house was a fantastic getaway spot for our Chattanooga trip. Very clean, physically and energetically. Location provides fantastic top-of-the-mountain views. It's right on the highway, so you will hear the occasional car going by. Also, the pictures make it appear to be an isolated house, but there are two neighboring houses (neighbors are quiet for the most part) and some across the street so it's not quite as remote as I had hoped for but the views and amenities more than made up for that. If you enjoy sitting on the porch and listening like I do, this is the spot for you. Mostly it's silence and wind, but there is ample birdsong around the twilight hours. The occasional train chugging along in the nearby cities was a real treat. The beds range from decent to very comfortable. The water gets hotttt! The living room is a cozy spot to enjoy a movie with the family. This house is a den of relaxation, tucked far away from the stresses of everyday life. A much needed retreat!

Well appointed with lots of things not normally included in Airbnbs but appreciated, nice high ceilings, good location, responsive host.

We had a great stay!! Super impressed by the cleanliness, security, and check in was smooth with detailed instructions! Bonus that it was super close to everything we wanted to do!

I must say, this was an exceptional property to stay at! Everything was top-notch, from cleanliness to an enormous amount of room! It's always the small things that I notice, and one thing that really caught my attention was the pillows on my bed….one really light and soft and one memory foam and super solid! The kitchen had everything we could need for a trip, as well as the bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. I would highly recommend this property!

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

We love coming to Chattanooga and this is the perfect area for us. Jarrett’s place was great! We’ll be back. We had absolutely no problems everything was great!

We loved Tiffany’s place in Chattanooga! Super cute studio and in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and it was perfect!

This was absolutely PERFECT. It was EXACTLY as described and even a bit better! It was clean, comfortable, and adorable. They were completely transparent about parking and street noise but not even once did either of those things bother us. We will definitely stay here again. They were super responsive, helpful and sweet. We very much appreciate yall🖤
