This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Our second stay here and it won’t be our last. Just the most amazing property and getaway, with a home that is an experience and has everything you could wish for. Wonderfully responsive, helpful and understanding hosts. Thank you, we’ll see you again soon.

The house was striking, with stunning decor and comfortable furniture, and it was comprehensively equipped. The 180 degree view over Port Philip Bay was a memorable backdrop for our dining, The central lift helped the older guests with creaking knees. Alex was very helpful in the lead-up, but her help was not needed during our stay, because of the extensive notes she provided. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by our entire family group, which ranged in age from 4 to 80. Thank you, Alex.

Kaye met us on arrival and thoroughly explained the property. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. There was always something for everyone to do between the pool, spa, pool table, cinema room and huge outdoor area. We had a minor issue with the spa and Kaye was responsive and helped us fix it straight away. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Fabulous location in the middle of St Kilda close to countless bars and restaurants. Carla was very prompt handling our queries etc. Would definitely highly recommend.

Lovely location, spacious clean house and a host who responded in a timely manner to inquiries. If we’re ever lucky enough to get back to Melbourne we would definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful house in a great suburb!

We stayed for the long weekend. It was a family get away. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. It has a beautiful pool and spa. It had all you need to cook if you feel like it. Had lots of games for young and old. Location was great, close to shops, beach or go for a beautiful walk. We could not fault anything. Definitely recommend Jenine’s place you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back again but next time for a longer stay. Thank you once again Jenine. We give you 5 stars

We had a great stay at Jo’s place in South Yarra! The location is amazing (couple of minutes walk from a main train line and so close to great food and shops). The place was really clean and nicely decorated. The communication was great and check in and out was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house, had all the amenities we needed. Close to the Showgrounds (we were visiting for equitana). Secure and safe. Very quiet street. Fantastic value for money. Had a small issue with the dishwasher on check in. It was replaced the next day! Very impressed with the host and the house. Thank you

Angela’s place was fantastic and we’d definitely recommend to others. The house was beautifully presented with amazing gardens. We loved the linen sheets and the comfy beds and pillows. We had everything we needed for a great weekend away.
