Cynthia was great with her comms, flexible with our booking, check in/check out was super easy, and the house was clean with listed amenities. Great location..a 3min drive from a shopping centre. The house is situated at the end of a narrow driveway with thick shrubs and there is limited street parking so it might be a little challenging to manoeuvre a large vehicle in and out of the driveway. That’s obviously not a fault of the house itself. Just something to take into consideration if you’re travelling with a big car or not a confident driver.

Sally's place is great, has everything you need in the house. Nice, quiet suburb with a very short and easy drive to all amenities. Excellent value. Sally was a great host, very helpful

Great place to stay while in Melbourne

had a great Christmas! thanks so much for having us. The house was massive, clean and fairly well equipped, could do with some more cooking trays and pots and pans but otherwise very good.

What a find! Peter & Yoshie’s place is amazing. The location is lovely, so close to the beach and local amenities. We ate in, but the cafe opposite is obviously very popular as were the restaurants within easy walking distance. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We had varied weather but were warm and cosy. We were lucky with enough warm sun to have beautiful still mornings so ate our breakfast on the small park next door and watched the sunsets from the bench overlooking the sea watching pelicans and other seabirds fly past. Would highly recommend and hope to return when we visit Melbourne next.

Charming host. Great location across from ocean. This is in a guest cottage on owner’s property, but was very private from the main house, peacefully surrounded by a lovely garden. The cottage itself is also quite lovely. To get to the beach, one crosses the street and takes the beach path down the hill, where there is a nice, uncrowded beach with a row of picturesque bathing boxes. Susie and her husband greeted us on arrival, were chock-full of recommendations, and easily available by text during our stay. We definitely enjoyed our time here!

Wonderful place to stay and relax with family or friends. The pool is divine and the pool table, bar, tv area is amazing.

We had a great time in Mount Martha with super responsive friendly hosts. The place really is wheelchair accessible - which made life a lot easier for us.

Beautiful spacious home and gardens. We loved our stay. Perfect for our stay close to our son’s wedding venue. Location was near nice restaurants and grocery store. Pretty area.

Let’s start with the property….Absolutely amazing! Amy’s presentation of the property was amazing from the cleanliness to the finer details. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and all mentioned the cosy feel of the property and the set out. Would definitely recommend (and already have ) this property and the host to friends and family for an amazing get away. Cannot say enough positive things about the whole weekend. We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! High recommend the property on the beautiful, peaceful lake ❤️

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.
