The home is beautiful, cozy, beds are comfortable. The hot tub was such a luxury and appreciated. She had cookies for Valentine’s Day for us and we enjoyed those tremendously. The extra snacks and amenities were also appreciated. The location was perfect for a place to stay close to St Louis that isn’t in St Louis. Thank you so much for the opportunity Rika

We had a wonderful time. It was 10 minutes from the winery and afterwards we were able to enjoy the hot tub and nature. Definitely will be back.

Nat and Tyann’s place was such a neat experience. We loved the look and comfort and appreciated the unique preservation of the vaults and news articles. Having the place decorated for the holidays was such a warm and welcome touch. We felt right at home. The well appointed kitchen had all of the needed equipment to cook at home (bring your spices and oils) and the large dining table was good for dinner and to catch up on work and meetings. Being able to walk to the Katy Trail for a bike ride or a nice walk, and to Philly’s for some delicious pizza, was perfect for the quiet days we wanted. We drove less than 10 minutes to Lake Creek Winery for another delicious meal with live music. Nat and Tyann are also very pup-friendly and the yard is fully fenced in—excellent for our little furry one! Great, communicative hosts, a cool space, and plenty to do! We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time enjoying innsbrook! The home was spacious and had tons of outdoor room. We did have some ants visit the kitchen, but as soon as we told the owners they brought over some ant spray. Will definitely stay here again!

Great home that fit our needs for our group. basement bedrooms where not closed off with a door but divided by stairs. updated rooms, and plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for letting us create memories of a lifetime in your home.

We loved our stay. Great neighborhood. Was nice to be able to walk to the zoo. Loved the binder with all the restaurant and things to do listings. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was very spacious.

This property was the amazing, the location, the area and left us feeling right at home. The area was quiet, yes you can hear trains maneuvering but it wasn't a nuisance. Adrian was quick to respond to questions and worked with us for a late check out. the place had a homey feel and filled our needs for this trip. This property is one we will look for the next time we come to St Louis. Easy commute to the Forest Park area and several other needs. Adrian, thank you for your hospitality, we look forward to our next visit.

Chris was super helpful and responsive. The house has lots of space and parking felt very safe. I was also super impressed with the level of supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and elsewhere. Anything you might need was ready and available.

I had a short stay here but it was great! Cottage is kept clean and welcoming. I love the wood interior and the FIRE PLACE WAS AMAZING! Our host had our fire place already set and all i needed to do was light it! They did leave instructions which was very helpful. With also a binder with restaurant recommendations! It was a little cold inside but once i lit the fire and waited 30 min it was warm. They also had a mini heater which helped keep the bathroom warm!

We had a wonderful stay at Bungalow #1. Every thing was as described and Ranee was very responsive. Be sure to be extremely aware of the gas stove fire hazard. Each burner has a continuous pilot light that is always lit. The stove is not a typical one that is started with an electrical spark each time you use it. It has four continuous pilot flames. If a towel or anything flammable is set on top of the stove it will catch on fire. That was really my only issue with the place.

We LOVED our stay at this house, and we will definitely be back again! If you're traveling with a large group, ESPECIALLY one that includes kiddos, look no further. My mom described this as the most "kid-friendly" AirB&B she's ever seen! Clean, more than enough rooms, great hot tub, lots of games and movies....it was great. A bit dated, but nothing that would deter us from coming back again & again!

Beautiful peaceful setting. Lots of room for guests to spread out. Lots of steps navigating through the house. No big deal for the youngsters. A little dicey for any unsteady adult guest

I stayed with eight of my friends over the Fourth of July for three nights. The pool and surrounding areas were gorgeous. The swim up pool bar was very convenient for snacks and beverages .Some of my friends went down to the pond/river to fish and had a great time. We cooked on the outdoor bbq grill. There is a gas grill and black stone as well. There is a wonderful covered seating area on the patio to enjoy , together with several other comfy seating areas. Inside was very spacious. We loved that the kitchen had two fridges and a big island for food prep and seating. The beds were fairly comfortable although some of the beds were a little small ..like doubles. There was a loft with two small twin beds as well. We were a little perplexed that there was no couch to sit on but the weather was so beautiful we were mostly outside enjoying the pool and outdoor area. Paula is a wonderful host and I would highly recommend this property!! It’s the perfect getaway !

We absolutely love staying at Spring Hill Lake Ranch, everything about it is just perfect and the animals are such an added bonus. Thank you Jonathan and team for all of your support in making it such a wonderful stay!
