Merano : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Definitely one of those Airbnbs that I will save for when I come back. Very clean and new apartment that still has a cozy mountain cabin feel. Mattress was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally the host sent very clear indications on how to check in making it all super smooth.

E' stata una bellissima sorpresa, un appartamento molto moderno con tutti i confort, abbiamo dormito in quattro usufruendo anche del divano letto (molto comodo). Riscaldamento a pavimento con un sistema di aerazione modernissimo, il salone ha una vetrata con vista monti stupenda ed una smart tv enorme, il bagno possiede una doccia walk in fantastica, la cucina è stata impeccabile con tutti gli strumenti necessari, inoltre Alois si è dimostrato un host davvero disponibile e tempestivo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Die Unterkunft war bisher die beste Unterkunft, die wir über Airbnb gebucht haben. Tolle, hochwertige Ausstattung! Wunderschönes und geschmackvolles Design. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Uns fehlte es an nichts 😊. Kommunikation war hervorragend! Sobald unser Sohn 14 Jahre alt ist, kommen wir ganz sicher wieder. Das überaus attraktive Angebot, die Therme in Naturns kostenfrei jederzeit zu besuchen, war das i-Tüpfelchen unseres Aufenthalts. Vielen Dank!

Ubytování pro 3 dospělé a tři děti bylo vyhovující. Vybavení kuchyně bylo vyhovující. Parkování bez problémů. Poloha ve městě dobrá. Doporučuji.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine 4er Suite mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Da wir während der Nebensaison da waren, hatten wir den sehr tollen Saunabereich für uns. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Bruno es muy amable y está atento a responder las dudas que surjan. El lugar es bastante cómodo y agradable. Cuenta con muchos utensilios para cocinar. La ubicación es buena para desplazarse a diferentes lugares pero en Auto. Nos quedamos con el deseo de nadar un poco, pero la Piscina no estaba disponible por la temporada de frío y lluvia.

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Die Aussicht der Wohnung ist fantastisch, und die Räume sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe des Hauses, allerdings muss man Treppen steigen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen, was für Rollstuhlfahrer weniger geeignet ist. Die Aussicht ist zwar beeindruckend, aber die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas abgelegen. Ohne Auto ist es nicht besonders praktisch. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Ortisei in etwa 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten.

Haus Seline ist ein „home away from home“. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Das Haus ist mit Sorgfalt und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Die Anlage drumherum ist wunderschön mit verschiedenen Plätzen, die zum Verweilen einladen. Wer gerne gut isst, der ist im Trentino bestens aufgehoben. Selbst in Laufweite gibt es eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es unzählige schöne Wanderwege, die sich auch für Spaziergänge mit Hund hervorragend eignen. Helmuth ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der für die unterschiedlichen Anfragen, die wir hatten, beste Empfehlungen hatte. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die im Haus als Willkommens Gruß bereit standen. Es sind diese Kleinigkeiten, die oft den großen Unterschied machen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, um den tollen Blick über das Nonstal zu geniessen. Vielen Dank für einen Urlaub, der uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Katharina ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet, komfortabel und makellos sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer verträumten kleinen Villa mit einem ebenso schönen Café. Für mich war es der perfekte Aufenthalt!

From the moment we walked into Villa Chicken we felt right at home. Our family of 6 adults had everything we needed. We skied Plose several days and also followed Felix recommendations for the Sellaronda. Fabulous time! We tried most of the excellent recommendations for restaurants including Vitis. The pastries from Cafe Pupp are awesome! Having the lovely town of Brixen on the doorstep was a hit!! Thank you!! We will be back 😁

Fabulous appartment where you can enjoy to be surrounded by beautiful and esthetic decorations. All facilities are in great conditions and you have all you need in the appartment - and the owner, David, is really helpful and easy assessable at all times of the day. Really comfortable bed as well as the relaxing sofa/sofabed in the living room which invites for relaxation. You are close to supermarket facility which just in front of the building as well as ski buss, just around the corner, if you are in for skiing. Great heated locker facilities for skies and boots in the basement. Within walking distance for shops, restaurant etc in Canazei. We really felt comfortable and at home in this beautiful appartment. A real gem which we would love to visit again.

Larger than you’ll expect! Perfect retreat for family of 5 in oasis of peace outside Merano centro. Fantastic 2 BAs & BDs, loft area w/couch already prepped for us as a bed when we arrived, large open space for meals and games. Great garage-covered parking. Any starter condiments provided. Went above and beyond in stocking the kitchen with essentials. Like others shared, completely walkable to restaurants & historic centro amongst lovely surroundings to enjoy. Only used our car for 10 minutes drive to ski at Merano 2000. Florian was a wonderful host and took time to help us learn the area as well as the modern features of the property. Highly recommend and already planning to return for a hiking holiday this year. Many thanks!!

Appartamento di Jasmin molto bello. Completo di tutto il necessario e di ogni confort. Posizione tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro. Jasmin molto disponibile, precisa e puntuale nelle risposte. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Super consigliato.

I was in town for the Ice Swimming World Championships. I would recommend this place to anyone with a car. I felt very isolated from my friends because I didn’t have the energy to walk up and down the mountain to visit my friends after swimming in ice water every day. It was very quiet, so I was able to catch up on work stuff in the evenings. The view is gorgeous, but I was down at the lake for most of the daylight hours. My hostess was wonderful. My GPS kept taking me in circles, on foot, near the lift. I called her because I was losing daylight, on foot, and saw bear signs. She told me to stay put and she was coming to get me… no cabs. She then took me back to my friends’s hotel to gather my things and pointed out everything I would need. That really helped! I enjoyed my stay, but overestimated my energy to walk up and down the mountain multiple times per day after ice swimming. Car is highly recommended and parking is available.

Tutto veramente sopra le aspettative già alte e ben chiare. Laura fa la differenza per la sua propensione al cliente e all’attenzione che dedica a tutto. Quindi, consigliato, anzi da non perdere. David

Paola è stata una host presente e disponibile fin dalla presentazione, le indicazioni erano chiare, l'alloggio estremamente pulito e ordinato! posizione ottima, in dieci minuti a piedi si arriva in centro storico, consigliatissimo! grazie per la bella esperienza

Sono molto soddisfatta dell'alloggio e della collaborazione offerta de Elisa, sotto questo aspetto tornerei molto volentieri. I doppi servizi sono strautili e l'appartamento è veramente grande, accogliente e ben diviso. Nell'angolo cottura vi era, oltre alle pentole, quanto necessario per una spaghettata, ivi compreso il sale, lo zucchero, l' olio Etc! Fantastico!!! Un bel 10 e lode all'host. Sono invece rimasta un poco male per le modifiche apportate alla struttura del Solaria, che ho frequentato negli anni '80 \ '90, quando il complesso era pienamente accessibile a prescindere dalla zona in cui si trovava l'appartamento. L'aver creato zone off limit per i clienti dell'Albarè penso sia stata una scelta penalizzante per l'intero complesso. Peccato! quell'astronave enorme, nella quale ti potevi muovere ed accedere ai servizi liberamente dall'interno utilizzando corridoi ed ascensori, era un unicum senza eguali, sopratutto per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Peccato!

Appartamento bello, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Comunicazione con host perfetta.
