An amazing property. Very peaceful. Hot tub A+. Heating stove in living room was very effective and nice to quickly warm up inside after a night time hot tub soak on the patio. Easy access to all directions and in the gorge. Friendly check in. The only ‘issue’ was the comfort of the mattress, but that’s a personal detail/preference and very hard to please every single person. For me personally, this was my favorite Airbnb i have rented. I needed the seclusion, one of those getaway from everywhere type vacations and this fit that perfect. The pool on the lake was so cool along with the sauna, i was there everyday. Its 20 minties from town but there are some very goos restaurants and its 1 hiur from new river gorge with very scenic drives. We will be back!.

Our stay was lovely in this organized and clean space. The scenery was beautiful with multiple places to sit, eat, visit, and enjoy our family getaway. Theresa was extremely responsive and left clear instructions. I would definitely consider this rental again as it is close to Radford, but just far enough away to have a relaxing and peaceful spot to gather.

The house was exactly as described. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It is a very quiet area and the host stayed in contact to be sure everything went as planned. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.

Christine had issues with her cleaning staff so our check in was delayed but she communicated this to us. She was very apologetic, friendly and outgoing. Christine was so nice to allow us to stay past the checkout time. Thanks, Christine, for making us feel like family.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay at Little Sycamore. It is a beautiful and peaceful place on the river. The hosts are wonderful people as are the neighbors. The view of the river is spectacular and it is tucked back off the main road so there is very little noise. Access to the river is excellent and we had alot of fun fishing and being out on the water. The hosts have worked very hard on the house and everything was spotless. We really like how convenient it was to the stores and amenities. The dogs had a great time playing in the back yard and in the river. The porch is a fantastic place to just sit and relax and listen to the sounds of the river. I highly recommend staying at Little Sycamore. We definitely plan on making future reservations.

This was our 2nd time staying here and both times were wonderful. Great location, extra clean and well stocked with essentials. The Host was very responsive. The front porch is great for morning coffee :)

Nice rental. Beautiful views of the New River in the backyard. Rental very clean and a comfortable place to relax in the evening. We enjoyed walking our dogs around Meadow Creek- peaceful and safe little town. Yes, the train did come through during the night but I was able to go back to sleep without any issue. The train was nostalgic and we enjoyed watching it go by. The deck was a favorite place to sit… watching the river—- beautiful sunset against the mountains!

Finding lodging for a large family (there are 10 of us) can be hectic and at times nearly impossible. Our stay at the condo has renewed my faith, to say the least. Everything we needed was there and the accommodations were perfect for us. Spectacular views to top it all off. 5 stars from the Hott family

Dave was great! Check-in was super easy, the place is very nice, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and if you have questions he's very responsive. Would stay again!

Cindy’ place was such a wonderful get away for my son’s 18th birthday and Christmas. Condo was spotless, I would even say maybe they did extra cleaning since this is a pet friendly unit, and my son is allergic. He did not react once! She has every kind of kitchen supply and utensil you can think of, and labeled. I feel we are soul sisters that way, lol. Sofa and beds comfortable, and the place looked updated and well cared for. She send out info on the area, things to do, and, places to eat and grocery shop, and etc. She also sent ski rental discount information if needed. Cindy was so thoughtful too and has a small Christmas Tree and Weath for the holiday. No issues with the heat or having plenty of hot water. Pretty views from the very large back porch and literally steps away from the runs. Lovely place to enjoy some cocoa or coffee while watching my hubby and son ski. Perfect holiday ski vacation and amazing host. We will def try and book her listings on our next trip there.

The stay was wonderful in a clean and well appointed condo. Even had my preferred “raw sugar” for my coffee in the cupboard. WiFi and TV were first rate. I will stay here again.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy our ski trip with our family. Cindy was a great host and communicated clearly everything proactively. The condo was fresh, clean, and warm as we arrived. The beds had memory foam mattress toppers and comfortable pillows. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with more than we expected, and even labeled for easy location. The ski racks & boot mats & dryer in the bunk room was perfect! Thank you for the great Ski vacation stay!

Wow! This home has a million dollar view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The home was clean and welcoming with a spacious kitchen and dining table that was able to seat our entire large family. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The host was friendly and answered any questions that we had right away. The location of the home is great, as it is near skiing and tubing in the winter, golfing in the spring and four wheeling and rafting in the summer. There is a fire pit and a beautiful porch for sitting around and relaxing too. We enjoyed our stay!
