My friends and I had such a great weekend at this farm. The house was the perfect size for the three of us. We loved getting to pet the donkeys and the outside cat. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet weekend.

This is definitely a unique place. An absolutely amazing renovation with all the modern conveniences. The heating system was new to me but Patrick explained it (and later I found the detailed instructions in the guest book--duh!). It was actually really easy. I would note that there is little by way of window coverings. The house is tucked away so privacy isn't much of an issue, but I did feel a little exposed after dark and there's no sleeping in! Instead, enjoy your coffee watching the sun rise over the wooded hills through the giant kitchen windows.

So much to say about this beautiful little home! Extremely clean & well decorated for it being over 70 years old. Our hosts were AMAZING and very responsive. We accidentally left a load of laundry & they were gracious enough to ship it to us. I don’t know of any hosts being that kind and sweet. Will definitely rent again & highly recommend!

Was just there for the night but it was nice and quite and better for the 6 of us to stay at than a hotel so we could hang and have a good time. Host was very helpful and responsive.

I highly recommend this place to stay. Everything that you would ever need, and clean. Have stayed more than once now and always the same result. Just great!

Great older house that has been well maintained, and very cleverly decorated on the inside. Place was very clean and had lots of room to get around even for one of our party in a wheelchair. We only had three men, but plenty of room to sleep much larger group and had large couches in two different family rooms with TV's so several people could be accommodated. Pictures were accurate and cabin is convenient to ride all the Hatfield and McCoy OHV trails. Host confirmed wheelchair access quickly and they even had a little ramp to enable the wheelchair to get on the one step up porch that made it 100% wheelchair friendly location, something hard to find in this hilly area. Great hosts and would love to return and ride again when the leaves are out on the trees, although this trip was special as we mostly had the trails to ourselves. Thanks for sharing your little spot of "almost heaven".

I hope this space is always available when in town because it was perfect. The place was easy to find and get in. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was so nice! Henry came in and checked up on my stay which was so kind. I can not wait to return to Bluefield!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy our ski trip with our family. Cindy was a great host and communicated clearly everything proactively. The condo was fresh, clean, and warm as we arrived. The beds had memory foam mattress toppers and comfortable pillows. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with more than we expected, and even labeled for easy location. The ski racks & boot mats & dryer in the bunk room was perfect! Thank you for the great Ski vacation stay!

Location Location Location. We were really looking for a ski in ski out place as we were supposed to have quite a bit of snow while we there. Ended up getting about 10" so no matter what the roads were like we had enough food from the local store for a few days. but to my surprise they kept the fairly steep entry drive plowed and clear the whole time. the room was great and as to be expected. it wasn't that cold while we there but the newer mini split heat pump did a great job keeping us warm. I was already told by 13 year that we are definitely coming back here. she had an absolute blast. Thanks again for everything and we will be back again for sure hopefully this year.

8 of us stayed in Condo D203 for our annual ski trip. The location of this condo is very convenient as one of the slopes is located a few steps away, which is great for stopping in to grab a bite to eat or take a break without taking to much time away from skiing. Stephanie was very quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. Driving to the condo and parking was also very easy even with all the snow Winterplace received this year. Our group had a great time with no complaints, we hope to return for our next annual ski trip!

We love the ability to ski in/ski out and that dogs are allowed. It is a good place for the price listed. We have stayed here twice now. I would just suggest bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Very great stay. Rick did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our stay. Even giving a heads up on possible weather conditions that could impact the trip to the area. Everything was exactly as listed and easy to find. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to the area.

Great place to stay. Easy getting on/off the slopes, clean, well stocked, great communicator. Highly recommend this unit!
