This AirBnb was recommended by a friend, and it was not a disappointment! Anyone with kids looking for a R&R vacation, this is the best spot! To have the whole house and all the amenities to yourself is wonderful! The pool, movie theater, games, full kitchen, master suite, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, dining room, and especially the laundry room is great! Judy responded very quickly and was always polite! The house and the pool was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes which is a huge bonus. We would definitely come back, and we would definitely recommend! Beautiful home and wonderful stay!

We had a really super stay at Ian’s place, the perfect bolthole for the weekend. We were a group of three families with young kids and it suited us very well. Most of the time we were out of the house, we went skiing in Whitetail (roughly 40 min drive) and visited the brewery in Berkeley Spring. The drive was cleared after the snowstorm but we wouldn’t have minded if we had been stuck there! There was plenty to do at the house from board games to quizzes to shuffleboard and hot tub! We certainly would consider it again for future visits.

My family and I really enjoyed our winter stay at the Lodge! We had 6 adults, 3 kids, and 2 infants and really enjoyed the fireplaces, cavernous downstairs recreation space, and proximity to skiing and antiquing. I also was amazed by how great the space looked for a larger group in summer: I could imagine 16+ people (mostly without small kids) having a great summer retreat with the pond, basketball and tennis courts, plentiful seating, etc.

We loved our stay here. The house was very private and wooded. The whole home is filled with unique charm and character throughout. Parts of the layout were slightly more unique than we were anticipating, so if you are traveling with a light sleeper, it may take some creativity. The home was well stocked with linens and toiletries. The only thing we found that we’d wished we brought was some additional kitchen supplies (food storage containers, extra baking sheets, etc). But our group did stay in and cook each meal there so that is on us. Overall we enjoyed our stay from start to finish and would recommend it to others!

The 12 of us had a great time during our stay at The Manor for a weekend hang out with friends. The house has a lot of space, fun amenities, and was very well supplied in the kitchen and bar areas. For our group, we specifically liked the extra-large dining table and Blackstone grill. The location provides good privacy. Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The rooms were incredibly spacious, The space was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great views and plenty of room to spread out! Our stay was exactly as pictured, would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for us to hangout but it also felt very homie . Keri was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was a great get out of town and feel in the country but also know it's easy to get to things to do.

We stayed here for our annual family Thanksgiving and the property was even better than we’d imagined! The outdoor kitchen (with two ovens and a range!) plus the two ovens inside made cooking dinner stress free. The kids had a great time looking at the animals, playing and rolling down the hills. We were nervous at first about the lack of TV, poor cell service and limited WiFi but even the kids barely noticed! The only thing I will say is the lack of bedroom on the first floor made it challenging for the older generation in our group. That really was the only downside. Fabulous rental! Looking forward to renting again

We had a great time and Scott’s place was perfect. So many extra things provided at the home, which is appreciated. Scott was very helpful and offered many great recommendations.

Kristopher was a very responsive and flexible host. The house is something to behold--very eclectic, and wonderfully decorated. The beds were also some of the most comfortable I've had at an AirBNB. It's an easy walk to downtown Frederick from here. Absolutely worth staying!

We had a great time. This was our first time renting a cabin and I’m glad this place was the first one. This was a birthday getaway with the family and fur babies. My kids had tons of fun with all the games, pool table and ping pong table. My dogs had tons of room to run around outside and enjoy nature. I was even able to request a special surprise for my wife, since it was her birthday, and thanks to Heidy it was made possible. We can’t wait to come back in the near future.

This is our second time staying at the “dog house” with Kayla. As usual the place does not disappoint and Kayla really thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable. The house is immaculate and smells clean. We will definitely be back. My dogs give it a five paw rating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well stocked house - it had everything we wanted for a long weekend in the mountains with kids. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, space for the kids to play downstairs with toys available, a beautiful bright kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. Alexandra provided great instructions to make us feel at home, and everything was clean. Getting up to the house we encountered winding and hilly roads, which of course makes sense for the location, but was something we should have thought about more when traveling with small kids. It was worth the ride, however, to be in such a cozy house with beautiful views.

Andrea was very accommodating for our family visit. It was a get together for my brother who is very ill. We had family and friends from Wyoming, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, etc. It was a wonderful time for all. My brother got to visit his childhood home and neighborhood friends. We had every single thing we needed. A well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels for the bathrooms, clean sheets, etc.

I love the peace and tranquillity at Jens place! I brought my teenage grandson along for a trip to the country and some time for us to connect away from it all. We spent time doing one of the puzzles at the house and relaxing. It was amazing to see him let down the “teenage edge” in the cozy atmosphere her cottage provides. While out and about one evening we stumbled upon what is an annual Christmas Tree lighting in the town square of Greencastle. What an experience! If you need to unwind and let go of the crazy world, look no further. Jen is an excellent host and her getaway will remain at the top of my list.

Absolutely loved it! Beautiful scenery, hot tub was amazing, just a nice place to stay with kids and family.

It was a nice house and the hot tub was enjoyable. Lots of room for people and to move around in. Private and peaceful.

Great place to gather with our family for hiking and relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked. Propane grill was a nice plus! Connor was a great host!

Went on a trip with our family after many years and was so glad to choose this place as our getaway — we loved the home and can’t wait to get back. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, their home was comfortable for all ages.

We came this weekend for a snow tubing trip to River Riders. There were 5 adults, 5 kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all! The fenced in backyard was perfect and everyone enjoyed the hot tub, even in the freezing temps. The old house is super cute and has some unique qualities. It was clean, plenty of towels and everything needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast, lunches and dinners! No issues were encountered at all and we will be back in the Spring for river tubing! Highly recommended.

This home was perfect for our girl’s trip! We were in town for a conference. Beautiful views and just a lovely home overall. Spacious, beautiful, clean- you will not be disappointed!

Truly a beautiful home. Spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we were able to do less exploring and hiking in the area than we would have liked due to the snow and cold, we had a wonderful, cozy time up atop the hill there. (Rana warned us about the snow several days in advance, so we were mentally prepared). Hope to get back again sometime in spring, summer, or fall.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The property is gorgeous and secluded. Although it is over a mile to most of the major public trails, we were still able to explore in the woods of the bordering National Park. The kids loved reading and playing in the sunroom, and we enjoyed a number of meals cooked on the Blackstone Griddle.

Our group had an amazing time at Bryan and Cathy’s! The place had beautiful amenities (indoor pool, poker table, pool table, air hockey, fire pit) and was so great to stay at! Can’t recommend this place enough
