We enjoyed our stay here in cooks hill. Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything we needed. The kitchen was great to cook a nice meal. We would book again for sure!

The location is excellent, and the check-in instructions were very clear. What I loved the most was how well-equipped the kitchen was, cuz it made cooking convenient. The host also provided wine, snacks, soft drinks and breakfast, coffee. Overall, it's great stay!

Moira’s apartment was a fabulous spot to spend Christmas - it was clean and well stocked and she had gone the extra mile with Christmas decorations and even a couple of gifts under the tree! Her communication was excellent and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a spot to stay in Newcastle. Thanks Moira!

We had a great short stay. Incredible view from this cosy and clean apartment. Love this part of the city and walked to great food and swam in the ocean across the road. Lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts who were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

The apartment was impeccably clean and well laid out. Every room was tidy, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, the lounge room was comfortable with easy access to the TV channels and streaming services, the bed was comfortable and the towels provided were soft and smelt wonderful. The apartment is well-located with great views of the beach and ocean. Entry and exit instructions were clear and easy to follow.

We had an amazing stay at Nicole's apartment in Newcastle. The place exceeded our expectations; it was even better than the photos suggested. The views from the balcony were stunning, and we loved taking in the sights. We were so impressed that we immediately made a mental note to book this place again on our next visit to Newcastle. Nicole's communication was top-notch; clear, friendly, and super responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. We had a truly lovely stay and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Maree’s place was just what us as a couple needed. Newly refurbished but felt homely and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook and enjoy the experience. The outdoor area was large and had glimpses of the water. A small walk took you to the lake. Maree supplied snacks, breakfast and fruit and other staples that we were not expecting and were very grateful for. The bed was really comfortable and ceiling fans kept us cool as well. We loved our stay, well laid out house with fantastic amenities in a stunning location. So much to keep you occupied, you don’t need to leave the house.

Amy was very easy to communicate and very responsive. The house was homely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful home! It was so close to the park for our little girls and our dogs, and right in the vicinity of pubs, cafes and shops! The house was immaculate and nice and cosy for our family. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away! Louise was so friendly and helpful and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Nice place to stay. I stayed with a few friends, but if you have a family (or even a couple of families with two kids each) the arrangement could work really well!

Maria and Mario were fantastic hosts. Their place was lovely and exactly as described. Mario provided fantastic recommendations via a phone call a few days before which was very helpful. The facilities at Raffertys Resort are excellent and great for children. Maria and Mario’s house is very clean and makes for a fantastic getaway.

Perfect place to stay. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were great. Very light and airy. Easy walk to the lake and cafes. Would definitely stay again.
