This is an outstanding property and a perfect place for a small family to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house is well appointed with an excellent kitchen, clean bathrooms and spacious bedrooms the majority of which with views of the lake. Rod is a thoughtful and considerate host who had the property ready to go when we arrived. We genuinely had a wonderful time and look forward to booking it again in the future

We had an excellent stay at Hunter Hideaway Farm! Vicki and Roger were friendly and always responsive to our questions making check in and check out super easy. The views are absolutely stunning and we enjoyed having a wine on the deck and watching the sunset. A perfect place to stay in the Hunter!

We had a great family vacation at Susan's place. Susan's house was very cosy with all the amenities required. Highly recommended. Susan was very accommodating to all our needs.

Cute cosy cottage in the middle of Cessnock, with enough outdoor space to give the dog some roaming space (and zoomies!), good central location where you can walk to the local pub and butcher, there’s Halls Park nearby green for a morning or evening dog walk too. Overall great value for money!

Beautiful place Katty and her husband very friendly people, the pool was clean and it had the pool toys, breakfast food free. Is a pretty place for the holidays. Definitely 👍🏻 💯

Joe's place was exactly as described - tranquile farm stay with all kinds of wildlife visits! It even had everything for breakfast - bread, eggs, cereals, coffee and fruits! even an avocado!!! we also needed some extra milk and he was able to help with that! thank you Joe - we'll come again!

We loved Carol and Terry’s place! It fit 7 of us adults comfortably. We loved the hot tub too for relaxation and being in amongst the grape vines was idyllic and peaceful. The breakfast supplies were amazing and very appreciated and the property’s wine was delicious! We will definitely be back, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for a large group and close to many vineyards and restaurants. The outdoor entertaining area and pool are absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Tara - Lee. Beautiful house and gardens. The kids loved the pool. 15minute walk into town however it was lovely just relaxing on the back verandah or by the pool.

Lovely place, great location and very homely. Would not stay anywhere else in Newcastle when back!

What a treat ! The house was wonderful, the Hunter was beautiful and the wine was splendid. The house is full of character, the beds a comfortable with great pillows, the showers had plenty of water pressure and the towels were fluffy. The kitchen is well stocked . I recommend staying with Angus

Ruth’s place was an excellent choice for a work project nearby. The neighbourhood was really quiet & peaceful. The swimming pool was great for a swim after work for the team. Ruth was very welcoming & helpful. Would definitely recommend this place, it was well equipped with everything you need. The booking requires 3 nights minimum.

we had a fantastic girls weekend away, 5 girls with our own bedroom was a bonus, the home is very big, spacious & fully equipped with everything you need, apart from cocktail glasses (yes i know its a wine country lol) but we love our cocktails so we bought our own glasses which is the only negative, so peaceful & quite, loved seeing the kangaroos every morning except Sunday (must have been their day off 🤣) we used the BBQ for our breakfast & lunch every day great size for a big crew. we had the best weather to take advantage of the amazing pool. hearing the nature at night, the birds through the day, so tranquil. highly recommend, the girls cracked the bottle of red provided as a complimentary gift & they loved it. thanks for having us.

Great New Years experience. The cottage was in a private area, but still close to different sites like the Hunter Valley Gardens, it was a great getaway from the city!!

Great place - spacious with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of supplies. A very convenient 5 minute drive to Pacific Dunes golf course. Would definitely stay again
