Probably the best location possible between the ocean and the lake. Home facilities including the pool, barbie and everything you need, coupled with an amazing location for an easy walk to the beach and wharf. Ok it’s not 5 star in terms of brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen, but it is comfortable enough for an easy-going family holiday where you can easy wind down at home or outdoors. Peter was easy to reach, but we didn’t need a thing for the whole stay. We had a great time and would recommend for families with children. Thanks again Peter!

Clifftop is a great place to stay. Great views. The house is well appointed. Tathra is a lovely little village. Christine was easy to communicate with.

Love Love Love Karens Place. Second visit and already planning another. We've said it all before. Truly a spectacular home in every possible way in and out. Karen is a special person to have created a haven in a very special and beautiful part of the south coast of N.S.W. It's always so hard to leave.

Alicia was a wonderful host for our 10day stay. We had a couole of questions and she responded promptly, and helped us sort out what we needed. House was so comfortable with plenty of spaces for us all. The sunroom a beautiful bonus which most of us didnt leave! Amazing views, easy walk to main street for daily coffee. Facilities were clean & tidy. This place is somewhere we felt at home in and was definitely kid friendly. Hoping to rebook during whaling season! Thanks so much Alicia

We enjoyed resting up at Annemieke's house, it was very peaceful and central to lots of things to see along the coast line. Very helpful and friendly host which we appreciated.

Great location, a delight to stay there. Great back garden to play croquet in.

We stayed at Pete's place in 2019 and had a wonderful time. Returning 5 years later it was even better than we remembered. The house is superb - generous accommodation with a spectacular front verandah looking over the sea and a delightful little back garden (the dogs' domain). As a keen cook, the kitchen has everything you need (apart from perhaps a really good chef's knife - I always take my own anyway), with plenty of large pots for pastas etc. The location is perfect, quiet but a short walk to the beach and also Aqua cafe (excellent food and coffee). Overseas visitors will delight in the kangaroos on the front lawn, even in the driveway, and echidnas on the nearby oval. Actually, we Ozzies loved them too! Very highly recommended.

What a spectacular stay! The view from your charming little house is breathtaking, and echos Edna’s sentiments beautifully. We had an incredible time, and the weather couldn’t have been better throughout our visit. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and all the thoughtful touches you provided. The coffee machine was put to good use, and we loved the Christmas chocolates and New Year’s Prosecco—sipping it on the deck while watching the beach fireworks was truly memorable. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to the Pambula beach and Lions Park. Our pup had a blast exploring the beaches, too. We’ll definitely be booking again soon!

From the moment we arrived at NRMA Merimbula Beach Resort, we were captivated by its stunning location perched above the pristine waters of the Sapphire Coast. The resort promises a blend of comfort and natural beauty, and it delivers spectacularly on every front.

Our stay was fabulous, although the weather wasn’t the best, the pool and views were gorgeous. Only a short drive to local pubs and cafes and to various beaches! A beautiful and comfortable stay - bed is also very comfy!!

The view near our house is soooo pretty. Everyone enjoys it

The unit was far better than expected with large bedrooms and an (unexpected) ensuite as well as main bathroom. We had everything we needed and it was all clean and in working order. Easy 40min return walk to Woolies - with a coffee stop and great views. Highly recommend!

Great responsive hosts.Clean bright and airy unit with great outlook.Very quite.Perhaps a few more steps up to unit than expected but the outlook compensated for this slight inconvenience.Walk to beach and club and only short drive up the hill to excellent pub.

Been holidaying for years in Merimbula but this place stands out with it's water frontage and access to the town. Could sit out the front and gaze into the water whist watching the birdlife. Good paths/limited steps needed to get around making it suitable for those with limited mobility. Thanks to the host for a great holiday. PS ..can highly recommend the local oysters...yum

Our stay at Walker’s was perfect. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and enough lovely room for two teenagers to have their own space. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the sea and the gentle sea breeze though the windows. Unbelievable location right across from the main beach and a short walk to the heavenly Pambula river mouth. Great tips from Colleen on places to eat and drink. Did not want to leave this place!

We found the location lovely. We were grateful for a place we could stay with our dog with easy ocean views. The immediate area has much natural beauty to see and explore. Our cabin was next to a reasonably trafficked road but thats to be expected when you are so close to a beautiful beach. It was pretty quiet at night however. We had a fault with an appliance in our room and the hosts were very helpful and quick to help which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent. Information pertaining to all aspects of the stay were very clear. We felt like we had privacy although there were plenty of cabins around. In all the place had a friendly and relaxed vibe. At the beach there seemed to be a lot of locals coming regularly which was nice. Cabins simple but had all the things you could want. Amenities in area great. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back with or without the dog again.

We enjoyed our stay at Don’s, all was as we expected peaceful and quiet though a little further to most amenities then stated but certainly not an issue. Thanks for having us in your home.

You can’t do much better in Bermagui in terms of location and the deck is a stand out feature not done justice by the photos. Oliver and Svenja were both great hosts and clearly put a lot of thought and care into making the place welcoming and enjoyable. Highly recommended and hope to visit again some time.

The only bad thing about Leanne's place was having to pack up and come home, the place was amazing, we wished we had booked longer than we did , it was so well appointed everything you could want was there, Leanne was a fantastic host , if I could give a 12 out of 10 I would. Jon and Cherelle

Our family (husband, wife and 2x children) had a wonderful Easter holiday at Above the Bar. The location is outstanding. Jill was a very friendly and responsive host.

Superb place - nice to stay somewhere that is exactly as it says and host is great. Superb host. Quick walk to the beach and fishing. Lovely cafe onsite. Basic supermarket short 5 minute drive. Will definitely stay again.

Great place really quiet & private nice views and really helpful, friendly host. Would recommend if you want somewhere close to a beach that isn’t busy.

What a view! Beautiful location walkable to all the downtown restaurants. Despite the balcony not being available, we were able to watch whales play in the bay from the huge living room window. We would absolutely stay here again.
