Das Haus ist wunderschön! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Es ist wirklich wunderbar eingerichtet und man fühlt sich auch als große Familie dort wohl. Besonders schön ist das riesengroße Wohnzimmer, wo alle gemeinsam gemütlich zusammen sitzen können und eine gute Zeit verbringen können. Auch die Kinder hatten sehr viel zum Spielen. Ich kann es in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet! Franz hat an viele Details gedacht, das haben wir gemerkt - Schokoladenosterhasen 🙂, Wasser, Soda, Milch, Käse ... und die hilfreichen Anleitungen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Check-in einfach: Schlüsselbox mit Code. Lage: Da zu unserer Zeit die U6 wegen Reparaturarbeiten nicht bis nach München-Hadern fuhr, haben wir die Buslinien 54 (H Aurikelstr. 5 Min. Fußweg) oder 56 (H Marchioninistraße 18 Min. Fußweg) genutzt, um mit einem Umstieg in die U6/U3 in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Variante Marchioninistraße ließ sich gut mit einem Frühstück im Café Widmann verbinden. Mit Bus X6 und U4/U5 kommt man auch gut in die Stadt. Vielen Dank an Franz!

Peter und Pija haben eine wunderbare Möglichkeit geschaffen sich im Allgäu zu erholen und dortige Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen zu können. Wer ein paar Tage in stylischem Ambiente entspannen möchte und gelegentlich Ausflüge ins Allgäu plant ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben!

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

Es war eine super Unterkunft für ein Wochenende. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Dagmar war super! Man kann wunderbar in dem nahegelegenen Park joggen und der Bahnhof und einige Restaurants in Pasing sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Super Unterkunft für mehrere Familien, Aufteilung der Räume super, gemütliche Küche und zwei Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür- top! Alles gepflegt und sauber. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Zusammenfassend: Klare Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Axel was a super host and his property was great for our stay in Gunzburg. The accommodation is great, right in the centre of Gunzburg and with a number of restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and free from clutter. Axel supplies some information on local interesting things to do and see. This property is really great for a stay in Gunzburg. One minor negative is that the house doesn't have a parking space at the property, as advertised, but there is parking very nearby. Axel was very helpful in sending information to show where we could park for free nearby. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a stay in Gunzburg

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison, parfaitement adaptée pour les familles. L’espace de vie est spacieux et le jardin est idéal pour profiter des moments en extérieur, particulièrement appréciable avec nos deux enfants. La literie était très confortable ! Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes, et l’espace était amplement suffisant pour que chacun puisse se sentir à l’aise. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage ! Un grand merci pour cet accueil et cette belle expérience.

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Перебування в оселі було чудовим, все як вдома. Затишний великий будинок, для всієї родини з чудовим садом і дитячим майданчиком.

Tolle Unterkunft; ideal für 2 Familien. Hervorragender Kontakt. Moderne Einrichtung; sehr sauber. Jede Ausstattung vorhanden, die man sich wünschen kann (bis hin zum USB-Stecker an der Steckdose). Auch wissenswert: Verschiedene Ladesäulen für Elektroautos in <5 Min. Laufweite. Würden wiederkommen!

Wir waren zu einem Familienwochenende bei Elisabeth und Sonja. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist süß restauriert und jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Charme. Auch den Garten konnten wir bei herrlichem Sonnenschein genießen. Es war rundum ein schönes Wochenende.
