Perfect for our long overdue sister retreat! Unfortunately, we only had one night, but the place is completely charming and very tastefully decorated! All three of us loved the artwork and decor which had obviously been carefully selected to complement the unique character of this lovely historic (circa 1901) home. It is a little close to downtown Newnan and we stayed on a Saturday night so there were some occasional traffic noises including one short siren from an ambulance or other emergency vehicle… a small price to pay for the otherwise ideal location close to the shops and restaurants surrounding the courthouse Square…they were lots of fun to explore/experience. Be prepared to climb stairs, but once you’re up there, you don’t want to leave again! Kitchen was well stocked…good collection of Keurig coffees, and even regular and flavored waters left for us in the fridge. The comfy circular parlor was the perfect gathering place for enjoying old memories and making new ones. 😁

The accommodations were Good and I will stay again if I am in the area. The lake was Beautiful and the Gardens around there Home were Beautiful as well !!!

This is by far one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It’s very cozy, yet modern, comfortable, and perfectly decorated. Has everything you need if you wish to stay home and cook. Everything is so nice, well taken care of, and so very clean. It feels as if you are the first person to have ever stayed there. It’s quiet, private, and surrounded by nature. The hosts are kind and thoughtful. They are always quick and willing to respond. I give it a 10 out of 10. I recommend anyone traveling to the area should stay at this beautiful place.

This place was perfect. My husband and I come to Newnan frequently for work usually for a week at a time and we’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this is by far our favorite! The location is really close to downtown. The neighborhood seems to be super safe and my husband and I felt comfortable going on a run in the neighborhood. The decorations are super cute and chic. We cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed, which is honestly a first! :) We have already booked another stay when we come back in a few weeks.

We had an amazing time. The house was very welcoming and spacious to entertain all 9 of us. There were games and toys for the kids and the bedrooms are very spacious and cozy. I'd absolutely recommend this house to others, and would rent again.

Very nice, authentic, and charming old home with an historic past. It's on property adjacent to the Little White House, surrounded by beautiful woods and walking paths. It's beautifully decorated, and there is plenty of space inside and out. It was a perfect place for our family to meet for a couple days. I got the chance to have a worthwhile conversation with Mark, and he is a very interesting person with lots of great stories. A great AirBnb experience.

A quick trip to Callaway Gardens and the Animal Safari after Christmas was an excellent choice! The house was beautifully decorated and felt very much like home. The location was an extra bonus! We hope to be back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this historic Airbnb, and it was an experience unlike any other. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charm and character of the property. The building itself was over a century old, with original architecture that told a story of its own. Ryan was incredibly welcoming and had taken great care to preserve the historical features while also ensuring modern comforts. We very much appreciated his quick responses to all our needs. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. I loved the high ceilings and large windows that provided plenty of natural light. One of the highlights was the communal areas. It was a cozy spot to relax and immerse myself in history. The location was perfect, situated within walking distance of the historical little town. I appreciated the guidebook left by the hosts, which included recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

Loved the location, could walk to several restaurants. Plenty of parking, house was well stocked and furnished. Just a short easy drive to Callaway. Would recommend staying here.

A historic home with a personal connection to FDR, Killian House is the perfect location to explore and appreciate the Little White House and the aura of Warm Springs. We loved looking at the antiques, and appreciated the Christmas decorations and china that had been arranged just for us. Such a nice personal touch! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen very clean and well organized. This is a beautiful location on top of a ridge, with 360 degree views and a dark night sky for star-gazing. The yard was fun to explore with our two little dogs. The sunrise was spectacular. Don’t miss the Warm Springs Winery tasting and comedy hour. We’re still giggling.
