Our stay was fabulous! We walked in to a restful space with every amenity we needed. David graciously offered an early arrival, and while we didn’t need it, it was so nice to be offered. He also didn’t ask for a pet fee! This was a first! I appreciated it so much and it made us want to clean even more. The house is beautiful, and so is the neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were proactive. It was a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Marisa's beautiful space! The place was exactly as described. Marisa was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any issues I encountered. Her attentiveness made my experience even better. I highly recommend!

Home was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We liked having 2 full bathrooms, and a private bedroom for each of us, 3 people stayed. Host was easy to communicate with, answered any questions we had, and got back to us quickly. The neighborhood was very peaceful, easy to find, and getting in and out to our event was easy. Would reccomend, and will be trying to stay there again in the future for future events in the area.

Absolutely blissful place to stay. My wife and I ventured to KC for an anniversary trip kind of last minute and we lucked out with this cottage. The “Christmas” lights give the place such a nice vibe and the heater/ fireplace is such a nice touch. You are in a gated property so we felt completely safe and private. Perfect getaway for the wife and I. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious with a nice high ceiling. Beautiful space. So happy we got to stay here!

Great place owned by the super host! Close to groceries/restaurant and quiet neighbourhood. Both Summer and Dustin respond quickly and are also very kind to accommodate our need. Highly recommended!

Lance’s place is just as described. Great location. Comfortable beds. It was nice having two full bathrooms and plenty of seating in the living room for us to all be together.

We really enjoyed our KC getaway at this location. The house was very clean, had more amenities than I remembered reading about, and was cozy with all the extra decorative touches. The giant Easter bunny made this our kids’ favorite part of the whole trip! There is a grocery store very close to the property which is very handy when you arrive. We will definitely keep this as a favorite for future trips to KC.
