Very welcoming house, plenty of things to do in the area. Would visit again.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

Best way to start and end the summer season is with a week at Raycraft! I think this was something like at least our 30th stay! Great house that truly feels like our home away from home. Already looking forward to June of 2025!

Such a great stay! The house was extremely clean, and the views were beautiful. It was a perfect size for a girls trip of 4. We made ourselves a fire and hung out on the back deck at night and it was so peaceful. Extra parking options were made available to us as well! We had a great stay!

We had an amazing time at this location. Not too far away for us to see a Red Sox game in Boston. I'd highly recommend this place, especially if you have a dog. My German Shepherd loved the water. The location is near a boat ramp so it was cool seeing others enter and exit the lake. The AC units worked well enough to keep us cool. Would stay here again!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. James was responsive and checked in and out was super easy. The house was super clean and has everything needed. Waterfront with access to kayaks. Great for fishing and boating, lovely nature surroundings. Very peaceful. Quiet neighborhood and private. Close to Laconia and about an hour to Conway. Great stay. Would definitely recommend. We plan to go back!!

This is a magical place, the location, the ambiance of the residence and how completely equipped every corner of the estate is to entertain any inclination a vacationer hopes for. Our family, celebrating our moms 90th birthday, had the time of our lives!

My husband grew up going to South Down and his family is still there. It's great to have a place of our own when we visit. The condo is very nice, check-in was super easy (just a code!), and there was a binder with everything we needed. We didn't have any issues while we were there, but our host was still very responsive to our updates.

We had a great time! lovely place with all the amenities ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Perfect bunk beds for the kids!

Michael really is a super host. His condo is comforatble, clean, and is exactly as shown in the pictures/advertised. The association has friendly residents and many amentities (pool, lake, kayaking, tennis, and more). The condo is within driving distance to Weirs Beach, the Pavillion, restaurants, hiking, and shopping. Michael is quick to respond to any messages or questions you have for him and truly wants his guests to have a relaxing time. He is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We have stayed at his place in the past and plan to stay at his place again. I truly couldn't ask for a better experience with using airbnb and it is because of Michael's hospitality. My stay was a 10/10.

This was a great stay for the family. Everything is close or just a quick ride away. The only thing we wish there was a bigger field area so our boys can play catch. Other than that the place was great vacation for our family we had a blast!!! Thanks

My family stayed here for a ski trip. It was beautifully located overlooking a large lake with mountains in the distance - I loved waking up to that! The place was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the games shelf. 10 minute drive from Gunstock Mountain. Great nearby restaurants.

Fantastic home, near Pats Peak and the lake view is amazing. Better than we expected.

Janet and Jim were extremely responsive leading up to and during our stay, along with being flexible around checkin times. They answered all our questions about the property and provided anything we needed. This Airbnb was a perfect place to spend the night after doing some hiking at nearby NH mountains and we would definitely come back, overall a great stay!

Alfa and Eric were great hosts. the cottage was adorable and lots to keep us busy even on our rainy night. We are looking forward to booking another ling weekend in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful lake a bit more. Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us.

This cabin was perfect for our Fall weekend getaway. It was cute and cozy, and just enough space for our family of three. We were just able to fit our daughter's pack n play in the second bedroom, and with the beach/lake right outside our door, our baby monitor was easily within range while my husband and I were able to sit outside at night and relax. It was also very close to many local attractions and restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay at summer breeze was exactly what my husband and I needed. perfect little getaway! Denise and Kyle were super helpful and friendly. The place was amazingly clean and the kitchen was just like home! Equipped with everything you need. There is a lot to do in this area. T-Bones had great food as did Legacy cafe. Their little private beach was awesome! Can't wait to go back! Thank you Denise and Kyle for sharing your little gem! it was a perfect weekend!

My family and I had a great stay here! It was the perfect distance to restaurants, ice cream, apple picking and more. The house has plenty of space to comfortably gather. Even when it was raining we were able to enjoy lake views. We’d definitely recommend for a large group!

Our quaint cabin in the woods! We loved our stay! My husband and our two children enjoyed snuggling up by the fire overlooking a frozen wintery lake. There were plenty of cozy blankets and board games for us to pass down time. The view is wonderful! Note to anyone with physical impairments (we did not have any and were fine) it is a steep walk down. Also there is no dish washer or washer dryer. Listing says this correctly I just overlooked! Cabin is still beyond wonderful and will hold a special place in our hearts!
