The unit was very cozy and comfortable. There are two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I brought my own fire logs, but there are two provided by Zak. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware and utensils. There’s also an ice maker in the freezer. The bed is king size and firm. There were tons of pillows on the bed and even extra in the closet. There were plenty of towels available and even bathroom products. The hot tub was hot and ready to go upon arrival, it’s also available 24hours. The Toll House tavern served good food and it’s very convenient. Overall incredible stay.

My bookclub and I stayed for a weekend and loved it so much we want to make it an annual trip! Plenty of room for the 9 of us without feeling crowded at all. We really liked the flexibility for sleeping arrangements and the amount of options for cooking in the kitchen was outstanding! A standmixer? An instapot? A pasta maker? ALL THERE. Between us we’ve stayed at more than 50 Airbnb‘s and this was by far the best stocked house and kitchen any of us had been to. Thanks again!

Went to crotched mountain for the weekend with my friends the house had plenty of beds for all of us

What an absolutely amazing place. Pictures actually don’t do this place justice especially in the winter with the snow oh my gosh it is gorgeous! It’s quiet and secluded on a huge plot of land but close enough to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores, which is always important for a little bit longer of a stay! My kids and I used the zip line which was a BLAST when it was snowing. Went sledding on the hills of the property and otherwise just hung out and enjoyed the views and hot tub. The walking trails were fun too. We literally didn’t need to go anywhere with all there was to do at the house including video/card/board games. We are already planning our return trip for next year I cannot wait!! Oh and of also - the host Mason was attentive, responsive, and kind!

Izzy’s house is a fantastic place to relax. It’s so helpful to have nice, pet-friendly options. Will definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Great place for large group in the holidays

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring our stay was perfect in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb stay with a host who genuinely cares about their guests. This was our second stay at Mike and Liene’s cabin, and it was just as magical as we remembered—if not more so. Nestled in the woods, this retreat is the perfect combination of comfort, peace, and thoughtful design. Every detail has been considered, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the cozy, well-appointed interior. The hot tub is a true highlight—private, serene, and perfect for soaking under the stars. Coming inside to radiant heat floors and a towel warmer in the bathroom is such a luxurious touch. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped for any kind of cooking you’d like to do, and the entire space feels like a warm, welcoming embrace. Mike and Liene are gracious, responsive hosts who clearly care deeply about creating a special experience for their guests. This cabin has become a true favorite of ours, and we already can’t wait to return.

Our stay was peaceful, and we felt at home. The Airbnb was equipped with everything we needed; we loved the collection of old movie CDs, and it was very cozy. However, I would like to mention the strong smell, as well as some dust and spider webs in certain corners. We also arrived when there was little snow left, making the parking area quite muddy. Overall, we loved our stay, but I don’t believe the cleaning fee was worth it.

We had a great time! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and we enjoyed everything from the hot tub to the pool table. The location was perfect being close to Lake Winnipesaukee and Gunstock Mountain. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and would definitely recommend staying here!
