Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

Myself and 2 daughters loved staying at Rob's house. We went for skiing and it's very convenient to get to the local ski hills. There was plenty of space for the three of us; it was clean, cozy warm and very comfortable. Rob is very personable and responsive; loved chatting with him! We will be going back again this year if we get the chance at another ski weekend. His place is also in a prime spot for summer, something we'll consider if we decide not to do tent camping. Overall 5 stars for us.

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! A peaceful, relaxed, beautiful stay on a beautiful lake! We loved the fire pit and having the lake steps away to jump in. We appreciated the kayaks and paddle boards. Had the best week.

We needed a few days away as a family and this was it. We had a great time and could not be happier. Catherine was very responsive and gave great recommendations. This place is beautiful!We will be back again.

Ted's listing was better than expected. Very clean and full of amenities. It's a peaceful location with a short drive to Mount Sunapee. Great experience overall.
