Our family had a wonderful and fun weekend, the house had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and having family fun with the pool table, darts and board games. The hot tub was absolutely stunning, spacious and in a private part of the garden. We all enjoyed a lovely walk to the local shops and an afternoon in Blackpool. Thank you for a rememberable family weekend and the welcome goodies were very much enjoyed by all. We would and have already recommended this property.

What a beautiful Airbnb with a welcoming atmosphere!! From the minute we stepped into the house it felt like a home from home. It was spotless and so cosy with homely touches. We were shown the workings of the hottub on arrival by Ralph which was very helpful and he was also really friendly. The view from the window looked out onto an open field and later on the sunset was beautiful (which we watched from the hottub)! The home is peaceful and a great get away from everyday busy life. The TV has everything you need from sky to Netflix and the couch is snug with blankets. The bed is most definitely a highlight as it was really cosy and comfortable. Overall we couldn't of been happier with our choice to stay at Little Nook and we will certainly be back soon! Thank you so much to Sharon and Ralph.

Absolutely amazing place, so peacefull. A great little wooden cabin with a log burner. shared toilet facilities further down the farm but that was non-issue. A lack of a shower block is the only downfall but absolutely doesn't take away from how much we enjoyed it, we will definitely stay again if in the area. Loved every minute of it. Dot is extremely helpful too. Top quality all round.

We had a lovely stay here in ruthin, location was great just a short walk into town. Apartment was perfect everything you need with an amazing hot tub out on the balcony with lovely views next to the river. Great communication from Gary the owner would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay Gary x

Gorgeous time spent at Caroline’s place! The place is even bigger than it looks in the images. Would definitely recommend to bigger groups. So peaceful and gorgeous views around. Caroline was really responsive too, so thank you!! Will be back☺️

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. Peter and Latasha were always quick to respond if I needed something and were very helpful. The place was also very clean and they even left tea and biscuits out for my arrival. Would definitely stay again!

It’s a truly warm and functional home. We comfortably stayed for 3 weeks. The living area is particularly spacious and airy, and the kitchen meets basic needs. The house is extremely close to the train station, making it very convenient for those with business in Liverpool city center or Manchester, as they can easily use this station. The host is also very responsive to questions and has good communication.

Caitlyn and Shaun are the perfect hosts and were always available to answer any questions. The house was lovely and homely, with lots of character. It’s in a fantastic location that we would highly recommend. Plenty of places to take our dogs for a walk and restaurants to have a drink or food. The pool table was a great added extra for us all and the main sitting area was a great large space with lovely doors that lead onto a beautiful decking area. This area was great for us all to relax and play games. Overall it was a lovely stay.

This property is an absolute gem, and Kim such a wonderful host . My family had an absolute wonderful Christmas break here ….. Kim pulled out all the stops with literally 8hrs notice!! Thank you so very much…. Would recommend 100%

We loved our stay in Liverpool! It was very simple and convenient to check in to the apartment after arriving from a very long train journey. It was very clean and comfortable for us to use as a base for our stay whilst attending various functions at the Walker Gallery where my boyfriends dad was exhibiting. The Walker, World Museum, Royal Albert Dock, Rope Walks, China Town, were all within a 30 mins walk away. We managed to fit all the main attractions in on our 3 night stay with lots of food options! The heating in the apartment was always on and easy to control, so it was really nice and warm, though there is no direct heating in the shower room so it’s a bit chilly when you get out of the shower. You can hear some noises and footsteps upstairs from children waking up early, but this stops when they go to school so it’s not a big issue. We didn’t really need to communicate with Joe as everything was fine, but I must add that he was very gracious when we broke a bowl!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in an even better location. Owners were excellent with us and let us check in early due to being at a wedding all day so made everything a million times easier for us. Couldn't recommend any more!

Very quiet and peaceful location. Well appointed flat, cosy and easy to find. Corinne was proactive in providing check in details and making sure all was OK. The fresh milk and tea coffee were much appreciated on arrival due to December weather. Great transport links into the city by bus or train. The nearby Mersey waterside is impressive and only a short walk away. Would definitely return.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Gaye and Roger were so welcoming and friendly. We used it as a base to see our son and his family abd it was perfect. We would love to come back.

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

Absolutely loved this little house gorgeous walks stunning views all around definitely would recomend if you like the outdoors peaceful and john was great with giving us little tips on our walks

Visited Lower Gill Farmhouse as part of my mum's 70th Birthday celebrations. 12 of us ranging in age from 5 to 75! All rooms were a great size, was excellent having 3 en-suite rooms along with a very large main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen was lovely, everything we needed and more - might have been nice to have tea/coffee and a little milk left for when we arrived after a long drive but luckily our tesco delivery arrived early so this wasn't too much of a problem. The living room had 3 good size sofas so we could all relax in front of the log burner. We made full use of the pool, games room, football pitch and tennis courts - a great addition especially for the kids and 4 hours allocation each day was perfect. Our dogs had a ball too - lots of places for them to run and play. Even in January we managed to spend lots of time outside and the little stream at the back of the cottaqe was wonderful. Great response from our host too, even though she was on holiday herself.

Highly recommend a 2 night stay here. There is so was much to do and it was so enjoyable - we had a group of 10 people ranging from 30 to 1 year old and we all had so much fun! From swimming all day to playing on the football pitch and tennis court - it was truly never ending fun especially for the kids. The cottage was lovely, very nice and clean and everything needed was already there. It is abit far from local shops so definitely something to keep in mind but other than that it was a great stay. Host is very helpful!

Tracy and James are excellent hosts. clear instructions of how yo use everything. delicious breakfast menu. very friendly. they also seem to have tamed a Robin that sometimes came to visit our bed like some of kind of Disney cartoon. Phenomenal views and perfect escape to rural Wales. surrounded by nature. easy drive to Snowden and tonnes of small villages with loads of nice foody pubs. we were there for new years and were gifted a bottle of prosecco. hot tub was really warm too which was a surprise as we visited in the middle of a storm in winter. thanks Tracy and James, for a lovely stay.
