We had a lovely few days in the very cosy and comfortable Annexe. Julia and Arnie were really friendly and helpful. Would love to return.

Great in every way. Lovely hosts, comfy, cozy, clean and well equipped. Having trees and drying area was a treat. Breakfast goodies much appreciated too! Poynton high street has so many scrumptious cafes and eating places. Would highly recommend.

The perfect Airbnb for anyone looking for a getaway. It has everything you could possibly need, including plenty of games and books to keep you entertained. Located in a private and secluded area, it’s the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The surroundings are beautiful, making walks around the property truly enjoyable. While we haven’t had the chance to meet Mike, Chris is incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to return!

Myself and my cousin had the most enjoyable stay. The hosts Danny & Deborah made us feel really welcome, and were very friendly. The lodge was clean, and tastefully furnished, and set in beautiful grounds, and had everything we needed. We stayed from Thursday 27th March 2025 - Saturday 29th March, and was furtunate enough to be blessed with wall to wall sunshine, so was able to take advantage of the beautiful weather. We loved our stay. Carol was really friendly and helpful and had provided us with provisions for our arrival. The property totally matched its description.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We loved the views of the Clwydian hills from the house and garden. You definitely put the 'nb' back into Airbnb - a very generous assortment of breakfast goodies and we loved the homemade marmalade. Thank you too for your recommendation for eating at the local pub, we enjoyed a delicious meal there one evening and found it to be a very friendly and welcoming place. We also enjoyed relaxing beside the woodburning stove in the evenings.

Maureen is a great host and we felt very looked after. The cabin itself is comfortable and clean and very well presented and the surroundings are peaceful and serene. Hot tub icing on the cake and was a lovely spot to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Very quiet and felt private. Will definitely book again.

I had a short stay here whilst walking Offas Dyke Path - the location is excellant, just off the path itself. Kristy's place was super clean with lots of little extras. I had a lovely relaxing stay here and would definitely recommend it.

A perfect place for an overnight stop whilst walking Offa's dyke. Very good supplies for breakfast and excellent pub within walking distance for evening meal.

We had a great stay in the lodge. There were several nice touches that made the stay all the more special. Sometimes it’s just the little things that make a big difference. The small sachets of oat milk in the fridge for example. A member of the party is lactose intolerant and although we had brought our own it’s very rare accommodation caters for this in our experience. The park the lodge is on is very well maintained and is spotless. The lodge itself is spacious and very well equipped and we enjoyed our time in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend and will be sure to visit again.

The place and Tom were great. Very clean place, comfy bed, nice kitchen, easy to find and to check in and out. Tom was very helpful and responsive all the time, very kind and polite as well. Although there are more rooms and therefore more guests, it was not an inconvenience, very nice place to stay. 100% recommended!! Thanks again, Tom.

Overall a good place to stay if you are in St Helens, the room was spotless. downside for us - the noise was obvious from the road from early morning but likely because we are not used to it. The only other issue was the communal kitchen was messy, dirty dishes on the side and in the sink, so we didn't use this area.

We had a great two night stay with our dog, a very clean and spacious property with everything we needed. Private with off road parking and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend.
