We loved our stay. The apartment was not like the photos on the listing but it was nice nonetheless. Quiet, easy access to Lancaster, helpful staff, top facilities - we highly recommend the spa. Would like to stay again.

Lovely peaceful spot if you want a quiet getaway

The place was clean and spacious with a large comfortable couch to relax on during the evening. Bryn was very friendly and shared activities to do around the area. The flat was close to a park that was nice to take walks in.

Onyx House is the perfect hen party location. The whole house is so modern and beautifully decorated to a really high standard and quality. The location right on the waterfront was perfect and we really were blown away with the facilities. Highly recommend for large groups! Best accommodation we’ve ever booked via Airb&b every detail has been well thought out. Pictures don’t do it justice. Housekeeper was super helpful and welcoming and helped us with any queries well in advance and during our stay

Really enjoyed spending the new year here. We felt right at home. Such a beautiful space with everything one would need. Lovely decor, super clean and definitely worth the money. Fantastic property, 5 star accommodation, luxury features, clean, spacious, comfortable. Great location, surrounded by parkland, next door to golf course with top class bar and restaurant, walking distance to many Beatles attractions, close to many excellent restaurants and bars. Brilliant host, great communication, local knowledge, extremely helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for accepting our booking. We were a family of 15 including babies, children and 1 elderly. It was accommodating to everyone. Happy that every room had its own en-suite. We loved eating together on large dining table and had a wonderful time with spa facilities. The food take aways were walking distance and had lots of options on delivery apps! Initially the large rule book worried us and we were upset that we couldn’t use the hot tub when we arrived as it is only before 930pm. But we managed to get late check out and despite being a large family the neighbours were polite and we got to enjoy our stay very much. Thank you for a pleasant homely stay, would definitely recommend. Thank you again!

Caitlyn and Shaun are the perfect hosts and were always available to answer any questions. The house was lovely and homely, with lots of character. It’s in a fantastic location that we would highly recommend. Plenty of places to take our dogs for a walk and restaurants to have a drink or food. The pool table was a great added extra for us all and the main sitting area was a great large space with lovely doors that lead onto a beautiful decking area. This area was great for us all to relax and play games. Overall it was a lovely stay.
