Rodolfo was an amazing host. The house was even better than the pictures! The view was amazing and we felt right at home. We loved all the amenities such as the large kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, hammock and the hot tub. There was plenty of space, games, wifi, and tv options for the kids. We would absolutely come back! Would recommend to all family and friends.

The property is beautiful and very well laid out. A small mechanical/plumbing problem was taken care of quickly and cheerfully. We also felt the place was well stocked with daily essentials like dish soap, garbage bags, even coffee and tea. Josh and team are doing a good job with this enterprise. Keep up the good work.

The place was great! We’re locals who had an emergency flood and were able to book same day. Gabriel’s place is located in a great area with parks, groceries and the highway easily accessible. The place itself was great, backyard was roomy with an alley behind so no worries about my dog or noises

Brandon and Nicole's place is AMAZING! It had everything that my family needed for our stay, and it was close to everything we wanted to do...Sloan Park (Cubs Spring Training), Airport, Tempe Marketplace, Phoenix Zoo, and hiking. We also loved that there were vehicles available to rent, and an airport shuttle. These were bonuses that made our stay super easy. The house was extremely clean and tidy and had a ton of space which was needed for our kids. The arcade games were a big hit with the kids and adults! Galaga, Frogger, and Pac Man kept us all busy when weren't out or enjoying the beautiful backyard and heated pool. The house also had a pack and play, high chair, and baby gates available which was perfect for our 11 month year old. It really saved us from lugging those items along on our flight. Brandon and Nicole were nothing short of the BEST, and made you feel like you were old friends. Thanks for sharing your home and we look forward to staying there again!

The house was fantastic with great amenities. Very well kept and clean. Backyard is fantastic. Street noise from Shea can get loud at times but we didn't hear it much in the master bedroom or backyard. We have used AirBnB quite a bit over the years and Dennis was by far the best host we have had. Very responsive and helpful. If there was anything going on at the house, he was there to help fix in about 10 minutes.

What a great place! It was perfect for our three generation family. It was as nice as it looked in the photos and the pool was warm and inviting. It was also fun to be on the water. Matt was super responsive to any questions we had. The location was near plenty of restaurants and not too far from Phoenix attractions. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house! Paddle boat was so fun on the little lake out back. Hot tub only worked one of the three nights we were there. Disappointing because the heated tub and pool is main reason why we chose this house. Also needing to pick the 3-hours to heat the hot tub and 8-hours to heat the pool was not something we understood before choosing to rent. Regardless, we had a nice time and the hosts were very nice.

We had so much fun at this home! You get the lake feel and the pool is amazing! (The lake isn't swimmable.) The pool is very clean and watching the birds around the lake was highly entertaining. This property is close to some decent, casual restaurants and Fry's for groceries. The walking paths are endless! The house has beautiful palms and cacti in the front and back yard and there is little orange tree that provided many delicious oranges. The inside of the home is also fantastic! There is plenty of EVERYTHING you need. The bedding is like butter. The kitchen is large and spacious. TV is huge! All of the promised toys in the garage were actually there! We already hope to return to this property. Enjoy!
