Marty is a wonderful host. The tiny house is comfortable and peaceful. The walk to the bathroom and private 24/7 access is perfect. Marty goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable.

Had a nice stay. Serene and peaceful atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend going there again.

Leah and Ashley were delightful hosts. The facilities were immaculate and wonderfully decorated. Feeding Pistol and Frankie every morning was an excellent start to our day. We highly recommend Penny's Desert Bunkhouse.

Nic’s place was a great fit for our spring training baseball trip, and was well located for the different ballparks we visited. His place was clean and cozy, comfortable and quiet.

Great location and exactly as advertised - clean, comfy, cozy. The hosts were very friendly. In fact, William took extra steps to make check in easier since it was unusually rainy on the day I checked in. Check out was a breeze. I would absolutely book this spot again!

Can't recommend this location enough. Quiet and in a cute neighborhood, this find was perfect for what we needed to do while in the Phoenix area. Perfect setup for two people. We will absolutely be back when in the Valley of the Sun.

Steve was so amazing and I had so much fun! The bungalow was so cute and had everything I needed. The Jacuzzi was awesome and the flowers made everything smell so good! The bed was super comfy and the outside lights were a really nice touch. I didnt get a chance to see baby Baxter but I did meet mittens the cat! beautiful quiet neighborhood I loved it. Thank you Steve for an incredible experience!

I stayed here for 10 days in March and thoroughly enjoyed it. It became like my 2nd home. Exactly as advertised — quiet, secluded, clean & comfy. Located 2 blocks from an amazing park that features ball fields, tennis & basketball courts, a water park and a beautiful golf course that is great for morning walks. Calen is a great host — friendly & super-responsive. When there was an issue with the Internet connection he got right on it and kept me in the loop as he worked to get it straightened out. Highly recommend this place.

The space was clean and well kept and resembled a nice studio apartment. Barbara was pleasant when we spoke. Had a very nice stay. would stay again if available when we come through town again.

We loved our stay. The casita was cozy and we were able to easily cook two dinners in the kitchen. We loved the shared courtyard which had lovely plantings and we could enjoy our morning coffee and afternoon tea. The location was close to the Heard Museum and an easy drive to the airport the morning we left. We’ll be back for sure!

I had a great experience at this spot. Perfect location to check out Central Phoenix and Downtown areas. And easy to navigate to other cities surrounding Phoenix. But most importantly, a really nice place to stay with good amenities. Thank you, Isaac!

AJ was an awesome host that knew exactly when to help out. Great local recommendations with the privacy that felt like its own home. Her dogs were also awesome and a great addition to the place when they were out to play in the shared space. Would definitely come back.

A perfect little peaceful place, walking distance to great bars and restaurants downtown. Super clean and comfortable. 10/10

This was a cute, fun little place!! The views from the 2 patio / outdoor sitting areas, was beautiful. We sat outside in the evenings, and looked over the little valley, the twinkling lights below, and the big dipper above. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies, and the bottle of wine, and chips and salsa was a great touch - we really appreciated it!! Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying & it did not disappoint. We love the area & the recommendations on things to do & places to eat are always right on. Thank you for your friendliness & cute place to stay. Can’t wait to come back again.

We had a great stay! Super close to downtown tempe with lots to do and explore. Check in was super easy and we loved having a parking spot and our own entry!

Quiet neighborhood and a good location for going into downtown or for heading out to the many nearby hiking spots. Good size for two people and has easy street parking. The two dog hosts are sweet and adorable. Definitely check it out if you are going to be in the Phoenix area.

Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful space!! It was even better than the pictures. We felt safe, comfortable, and at peace in our short stay here. Christine is exceptionally kind and has put so much thought and intention into creating a lovely little oasis. We can’t wait to visit here again!
