This was our third extended visit to Cedaredge and the first stay at Jan's property. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed it immensely. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen had all we needed to make meals. Beds were comfortable and the patio and porch were great for relaxing and enjoying the views. The short drive to "downtown" Cedaredge was very convenient. We really liked the quiet and beautiful views the West Elk mountains and surrounding countryside. Jan and Don were very gracious and friendly hosts. It was refreshing to have hosts on the same property as she was always available to visit with suggestions for restaurants and other things to do. I hope we can come back in the future.

Great getaway! Our host was amazing and quickly responded to any communication. We felt right at home and had every amenity we needed. The sunset views were stunning. Thank you for the relaxing mini vacay that my family needed!

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed at Our Place twice now, and hopefully will stay there again! The location is beautiful, the accommodations are clean and cozy, and Kristi is responsive and helpful. Plus, it's a fantastic deal for a two-bedroom site. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful home, great views, can’t wait to come back next year

The cabin is a great deal, priced very reasonably. Beautiful area, interesting surroundings with dogs, cats, cows and horses, which our daughter loved. The cabin is uniquely built with lots of interesting design touches. Definitely rustic and maybe not a great choice if you have allergies, as it is dusty. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location met our needs. It was so peaceful and had great views on the Grand Mesa and Mt Garfield. The house was fully equipped with great front and back porches to sit and eat or just enjoy the surroundings. Lorna stopped by and greeted us. She was very responsive to all messages. Will return here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kale’s cottage! It was comfortable, private, cozy, quiet (except for the train at 3AM-but I think everyone in Paonia must hear it!), modern and had such a comfy bed! There were so many amenities like the coffee beans to be ground for fresh coffee in the morning and assorted teas. Since we heat with wood at home, the wood stove helped us feel right at home! I could see this place being amazing in the summer as well.

Amazing place nestled at the heart of wine country! Candace was super helpful giving me instructions for check in. The place was a dream, with picturesque views of the vineyards surrounding the property. The place is smartly renovated. I would come back again!

This place is fun and relaxing. The trampoline is a favorite for my kids!

Beautiful place! Julie was quick to respond when there was an issue and we appreciated the quick communication. Her place is easy to bike into town from too. I will say it may be best for a weekend getaway rather than a week stay, but we made the space work for us and enjoyed the views, wildlife and quaint lovely town!

Hosts were available and friendly. Loved how close the horses were (open blinds and see them)!

We had another wonderful stay at Carrie's beautiful and relaxing cottage in the mountains. The cottage was immaculate and we felt right at home. It is so comfortable, quiet, and private, and the central heating works well for wintry, snowy weather. Very cozy! And we sleep so soundly in the big comfortable bed upstairs. Loved seeing the horses and the mountain views and getting friendly visits from their two beautiful dogs, Chiara and Hadley. Still my favorite Airbnb location of all time! Thanks Carrie and Mark!

The cabin is in a beautiful location. It was clean, well stocked with amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

Brigette's home was the perfect base camp for our daily mountain bike rides. When we weren't riding, we enjoyed the quiet beauty of their land, read our books on the porch, cooked together in the light and friendly kitchen, and sat by the fire at night. It's in a great location because you can get to three different mountain bike areas in half an hour or less. The beds are super comfortable, and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus for us. We loved being able to have our dog with us, too. Brigette is a wonderful host!

The idyllic setting and beautiful accommodations of this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and the special touches throughout the living spaces made our out of town guests feel right at home. The hospitality shown to us by the host was exceptional, making the stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough and look forward to utilizing it again in the future!

We spent our spring break trip here and it was wonderful! We are a family of 4 and my oldest (7years old) skied with one of us while my 4 year stayed back to make brownies and play in the snow. There was even a box of kid toys that was a surprise and a very much welcomed addition to our time there. Pattie’s place is so welcoming and comfortable. It was a joy spending time there!

This location was extremely convenient for our work trip to Fruita. We were < 5 minutes from our client site. It would be an equally good place to stay for a vacation trip. Access to the 2 car garage is great for parking your car and safely storing bikes. It isn’t fancy but it is comfortable, cozy, and clean. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking. Beds are comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms is nice.

This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints! Amazing house, awesome host and so cool to see the time, efforts, upgrades they have put into this place! We will be back for sure! Thank you so much!!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The four bedrooms and three full baths were a huge plus for our group. Location was perfect, close to vineyards, close to town, peaceful and private. The backyard was a great hangout spot! Do yourself a favor and take the gravel road down to the river. There you’ll fine a nice sitting area. Highly recommend this place!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. To my pleased surprise, the kitchen was better stocked with equipment than I expected (e.g., waffle iron, cheese grater, hand mixer). And Karie was extremely responsive to all our questions and comments. I have no hesitation in recommending Karie's Hideaway to anyone who wants to stay in the area.

Very nice house right on the golf course. Very close to downtown grand junction. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the hottub. That’s why we booked it. It was lovely! The kitchen is a bit small, but it has all the necessary items for a stay. The beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and separate hottub towels.

This little house was perfect for our weekend getaway for me and my husband. Clean, cute, and had everything we needed for our time here. The place was just as shown and they were responsive hosts. The garage was especially helpful for easy in and out with our bikes. We would definitely stay here again!
