This was a very comfortable place to stay for a few days. Would recommend this to others and would definitely stay here again.

This place is over the top great. The location is just beautiful and feels remote in the best way while still being very close to town. We stayed in the winter and the fireplace heat is SO COZY. So many thoughtful touches and very cool furnishings. Exceeded all expectations. Scott was a very attentive host - easy, peasy.

This house is in the perfect location! So close to everything with incredible views. House was clean and perfect for a bigger group. Tons of parking, big house, and great kitchen. Would love to book again when the pool is open.

We had a great stay! The Rv was very well taken care of. The bunk room is big enough for a gaggle of kids. The king bedroom is very comfy. We loved all the dvds, recliners, and fireplace. They really thought of everything and it is stocked with anything you might need and/want. From coffee to headlamp, to swim towels and grill. The access to their orchard, pool and hot tub was extra amazing. They even had a fire set up ready to light. Beautiful surroundings, and very responsive hosts!

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place nestled at the heart of wine country! Candace was super helpful giving me instructions for check in. The place was a dream, with picturesque views of the vineyards surrounding the property. The place is smartly renovated. I would come back again!

We had the best time. The house was so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean and ready for our group. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

Great location. 10 minutes to downtown Grand junction, 10 minutes to the palisade wineries. Plenty of convenience/grocery stores nearby for anything you need. The cottage itself is dated but is perfectly functional. Great place to rest after a day of being out and about.
