So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay!! It is clean, quiet and well equipped- in addition to having our own suite, we had a private patio to relax and bbq ! No problem with parking and the suite is centrally located within Grand Junction - in addition to being a great host, Mitch’s knowledge of the area and recommendations was extremely helpful ! We were very comfortable and felt very welcomed ! We would definitely stay again !!

Nicely appointed AirBNB, spacious, and spotless. Nice grounds and pretty views. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast treats and coffee supplies were greatly appreciated. We look forward to returning soon.

We had a relaxing stay in this gem of a place near Cedaredge -we were skiing on the Grand Mesa. We met Regna who was welcoming and informative. She showed us around the various buildings. The property is beautiful. We could tell so much love and creativity has been put in over the years. Really good energy there. We had plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying several nights. It was private and we had everything we needed to have restful couple of days during our time in Grand Junction. The location is near the monument and has wonderful views of the surrounding area. Ann was extremely gracious and welcoming and responded to questions in more than a timely manner. Would recommend visiting her spot!

Carmen’s place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Grand Junction. It was easy to access and Carmen checked in to make sure the arrival and entry went smoothly. It is very clean and cozy.

Great stay! The house is adorable and very well kept. Everything was clean and non-cluttered. The kitchen had everything I needed and the WiFi was fast. All in all a great stay!

This spot was great! I've never been to an Airbnb that was so well stocked. The bathroom had full bottles of hair care and body care products. Even had new loofahs, hair ties, and an emergency kit. The kitchenette was stocked with coffee, plates, silverware, wine glasses, you name it, she had it! Would definitely reccomend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. One thing to note, if you don't like waking up to a bright sunny room, make sure to pack an eye mask! The place gets great, but intense, morning light.

This is the only truly ski in/out property @ Powderhorn! Beautifully remodeled with top knotch materials- has most seating sofa I've seen. Also has handy access thru back hall door to Slopeside Grill. Aaron extremely responsive & generous with check out. Look forward to return trip including lodge rooms for extended family.
