I love experiencing tiny homes and this one was perfect for what we needed. This tiny home had the best view out of the lot of tiny homes and the 2 bedrooms was great. The only negative about the home was nowhere to sit and eat meals, so we had to eat outside. I loved the community gathering area in the middle of the tiny homes, and think it would be a fun place to hang out in the summer time. I do feel this tiny home was a bit overpriced, especially for the off season when the resort wasn't open, the restaurants weren't open, and it was a bit too cold to do much outside.

Joe is an excellent host! If I come back to the area, I will rent his place out again. Joe's place was nice, and just what we needed for our trip visiting the national forest. There is a tv and a larger fridge in the place than what is pictured. I will say, when visiting the Mesa area, fill up your vehicle before you leave the interstate. There is one little gas station in town, but it's extremely expensive.

First time in a tiny home. Comfortable bed downstairs, hot water, amenities, well insulated, surprisingly roomy. Not great views, and not well lit at night, so a bit hard to find in the dark. Overall though, a fun place to stay.

The hosts are amazing and truly care about their guests and their experience! The cabins are amazing, the location is so beautiful and they even have rentals. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for another amazing stay!

We have stayed here before and love it. The cabins are simple but have everything you need. The forest and lakes of Grand Mesa are beautiful. They are also quite isolated so be sure to bring all of your own food. The cabins have stoves and refrigerators so it’s easy to cook.

the place is really cute. and there is a good scenic view from the parking lot. the host was really helpful and friendly and communicated clearly about the check-in and other details.i had left my jacket in the property but the host was helpful in finding it back and giving it back. everyone in our group really liked the place and enjoyed the stay

We were so happy to stay in this sweet little place; we will certainly book again once we come back through Montrose! Ally was incredibly responsive when we reached out. So thankful for the peaceful evening we spent here before we went to the airport the next morning.

We stayed here for one night and left early in the morning, but it was a great place for two people! We didn’t use anything the kitchen, but the amenities looked great and it was spotless. The place overall was very clean and the outdoor area was super cute! Would definitely stay here again if I was back in town.

My daughters and I had the best weekend at this cute tiny home. The kitchen is well stocked, very clean and quaint. The yard and porch are awesome. Right across the street from big bs orchard. The owner left a handwritten note with fresh fruit for us. We would definitely love to come back!

What a great place to stay!!! Highly recommend!!! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Host was quick to respond and made checking in and out really easy especially with the personalized lock code. 3 of us stayed here and we had plenty of room. Very well laid out and had everything we need. Kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you might need for cooking. If you’re looking for a place stay just go ahead and book this place you won’t be disappointed. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

Lovely place with everything we needed as a home base for our weekend getaway. skylights keep it bright and airy. Be ready to wake with the sun or bring an eye mask for sleeping in. The chickens visit in the morning, so that's what the scratching sound is. I loved seeing them. the hosts are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Greg’s place was perfect. The deck provided a perfect spot for peaceful evenings after dinner. Also, I underestimated how private this place is. A perfect getaway.

We loved our stay in this Tiny home! We drove to Grand Junction from CO Springs for a concert and hiking in Utah. There were not a lot of options in the are, so we were happy to find something affordable, clean, and close to everything. It's part of an RV park, which was fun. It's the nicest RV park I've seen. It's very clean, dog friendly, and there is a lot to do in the park itself. Check-in was really easy and the tiny home is right across from the office, so the location is nice. We would stay here again when we go back. Thanks!

This place has it all: friendly hosts, super clean, private, well decorated, beautiful surroundings and chickens! There are nearby places to walk to eat and shop or enjoy nature. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay.

We had a great time here! It was fun to see all the different animals, and my 2 year old son really enjoyed exploring.

Such a special little spot tucked under cottonwood trees. The neighborhood is a great area to go wander snd explore and there’s a vineyard literally across the street. I had two neighbor dogs come play fetch with me while I ate my dinner out on the patio. An overall perfect two days! For those nervous about the road leading up to the house, there is an additional road that gets you up there that doesn’t have as steep of a drop off. It goes right past Azura wine.

Adorable and convenient! We loved this cabin and it made our trip that much more cozy and fun.

What a special place. This is the perfect get away for families, couples, or a friends trip. The house was stunning and cozy and nestled in the canyon with a killer view. We watched elk come down from the mountain and graze at sundown. There are two chipmunks who like to run around outside. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything available we needed for meals, coffee, and tea. The hot tub was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone!
