The view and amenities are amazing.

This place is in a great location and there’s lots of things to do around. It’s right across from a mall and the building is new with great amenities. The only downside is that the elevators are always broken, most of the time there’s only one working and there’s a constant flow of repair people in and out. The gym is really big and they do have free laundry, which is a big plus. I would recommend staying here for short days.

This very new 520 square-foot studio apartment (plus a small balcony) is located a half a block away from the 24/7 Tijuana entertainment area; I slept well enough on the 62 inch wide, firm bed using earplugs and eye covers. Totally clean and generously stocked with supplies. Internet download speed was measured at 170 Mbps. No HVAC but a portable heater and a portable fan were available. Responsive host. Definitely recommended.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy a gusto y seguros durante nuestra estadía. Definitivamente regresaría.

El lugar es muy cómodo, esta muy céntrico, es tal cual lo describen en las fotos, esta muy bonito y muy limpio, lo único malo es que tiene muchas reglas que no vienen en la descripción y por todo re quieren multar, les recomiendo llevar una bolsa de plástico para la basura porque si no son 100 dlls de multa.

Safe area, walkable coffee shops and restaurants and the building was super safe and secure. Place was spotless and the view was amazing. Will be staying here again.

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

Great place to stay in a safe and secure private community. Nice big house and close to the strip. Would definitely recommend if you want privacy, peace, and quiet while still being close to the strip.

Ignat’s place was great! It was very clean with nice furniture and decor. The complex was very dog friendly which we appreciated. The pool and gym areas were fantastic, but the pool wasn’t heated. We were there for 2 weeks and the home had everything we needed- the office was especially nice to have! Ignat was very easy to communicate with

Had a great stay at this hip-hop-themed apartment! The graffiti artwork and attention to detail really made the space feel unique. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, and being in a gated community added a sense of security. A couple of things that could be improved: the shower pressure was quite low, and the bed sheets had a very strong detergent smell. Otherwise, it was a cool and stylish place to stay. Would recommend for anyone who appreciates hip-hop culture
