Our stay at Jeans cottage was wonderful- comfortable with so much space to spread out with 2 families and 6 kids total. The kids loved all the activities from the trampoline, to the swing, to the jacuzzi, to the upstairs play areas, the go kart, and fire pit for s’mores! The access to Zion was perfect, too! Jean was extremely responsive to questions and had a thoughtful gift basket upon our arrival. I can’t recommend The Ardell Cottage enough! Thank you, Jean!

Absolutely stunning , loved Denise's home. The location is beautiful and peaceful with gorgeous red rock views. The home itself is lovely and immaculate. Will definitely stay again given the opportunity. Denise was so helpful and responsive. Nothing but great things to say.

Our first stay here was exactly 4 years ago. We are from Michigan but have family in Utah. This place is special. The layout is open and spacious with windows across the entire living space. The decor matches the scenery; quiet western luxury. It looks to be professionally decorated. The view of the Red Mountains from almost every room is magnificent. We are view people. If you like to hike, there is ample opportunity in Snow Canyon State Park. Zion National Park is about an hour away for some of the most incredible scenery. We hope to come back in the future!!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just about 10 minutes from the entrance to Zion, which made getting in and out super easy. The house had tons of space and the fun, themed decor made it feel extra special. The hot tub was clutch after long hikes, and the place was very kid-friendly, which made it stress-free for the whole family. We felt safe and secure the entire time. Highly recommend!

We loved this house and community! We had 4 families and it was just right for the size. The lazy river and the splash area were so fun. We also loved the pool. The house was clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this listing. It was conveniently located near Snow Canyon and Tuachan outdoor theater. The hosts were very responsive prior to our stay. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and well organized so we really didn’t need to contact them during our stay. The home was clean, bright, and inviting. Would definitely stay again.

Place is beautiful, welcoming but the expectations for cleaning go above and beyond. There was an expectation to almost deep clean the house so that cleaning people don't have to do much.

Beautiful home in a very convenient location. Well equipped and very responsive hosts. Very spacious for our family of 5. We enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay again if we were in the area. Pool was very nice and not crowded. Nearby Mexican restaurant was delicious for a quick and convenient dinner.

The backyard here is a toddler paradise. We loved spending time outside enjoying the views. It is a perfect location, easy drive to Zion or St George for Snow Canyon. We had a great stay.

This was the cleanest airbnb's I've ever stayed at. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The property is very peaceful and it was fun walking around the farm and seeing the animals. Convenient for Zion and other nearby parks.

It was easy to find, convenient to surrounding attractions/places and the pool was great for kids! They had toys in the living room which was perfect for my 5 year old! Everything we needed for our trip and instructions for check in/check out were crystal clear!

This home is lovely and well cared for. Really clean. Gorgeous views and large picture windows. A nice private outdoor area. The furnishings and dishes are very nice without seeming too fragile to use. All the appliances that I used worked. The master bed/bathroom is really great, particularly the bathroom, if you’re a person who cares about that. The second bedroom and bathroom are pretty average, but they’re very clean and nice looking. The second bedroom doesn’t have a closet, but there is a closet arm installed at the room’s entrance very convenient to the washer and dryer. I really love the stone tile flooring. It doesn’t just look nicer, but it feels better to walk on than acrylic tile. There are large smartTVs in good condition in the living room and master bedroom. The curtains can all be raised from the bottom or lowered from the top, which is nice for having light and a view and privacy at the same time. There is a nice electric fireplace with a very simple on off switch.

Always a great stay with Terri! We loved her place so much, we made a point to stay here again on our way back west and arranged our travel dates to do so. Her Airbnb is a leap over the average Airbnb experience. So comfortable and homey- everything of the highest quality. Next trip to Utah- we’ll be back! Thanks Terri 😊

Location was great. The place was spotlessly clean. Very well appointed with lots of fun activities. We had a little miscommunication about the pool, but that was quickly resolved. Kids liked the game room. The weather wasn’t great so the hot tub was a big hit, along with the pool slide. Also, the game room was fun. It’s pricey, but checked all the boxes.

Stated here with our friends and all our kids. It was great. New area so it was a lot calmer than St. George for spring break. The community pool was great and so close to the house. The house is huge just as it’s pictured. We felt right at home.

My family and I stayed over the weekend at Desert Color by Ember Stays. We had an incredible time renting this beautiful home and it’s less than a minute walk to the pool/lagoon beach. This house had comfortable beds in every single room very nice and clean. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Ember Stays again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The views of the gorgeous surroundings and the pond are so relaxing. The home is well taken care of and had everything we needed, you can tell the host cares about your comfort. Beth was very quick to respond, and left very detailed instructions which is always appreciated. Thanks for a lovely stay!

If you are staying in St. George this is a great place. Lots of space, very comfortable, plenty of amenities, pickleball, pool, spa and pet friendly. Shelby was great to communicate with and would highly recommend this location. I know we will be back next year.

McKell’s place was awesome. It was close to fun city parks and just a short drive from great state and national parks. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and beautiful.

I had a great stay in a beautiful location. The property was had lots of amenities. Would highly recommend!
