awesome location and place! Garage space for bikes worked out awesome, and ground level made it perfect, and views out the back were amazing! Grateful for the opportunity to stay here, I'd stay here again!

This was my second time staying at one of Don & May's properties, and they are still the most phenominal hosts! The condo was very clean, extremely cozy, the bed and couches were very comfortable, and we really appreciated having a full stocked kitchen and bathroom! All we had to bring was clothes, food, and a toothbrush/toothpaste. Staying with Don & May makes traveling cross country so easy, and it's nice having such a comfortable place to come to after being out hiking around St. George all day. I will without a doubt continue to stay at their properties whenever I'm in the area.

We had a great stay while exploring Zion. It was accurately described and the host was so very helpful with any questions that I had. I would recommend to others coming into the area!

Came in for True Grit Mtn Bike Race w/ my son in mid-March. Plenty of space for the two of us. Very clean, used the heated/outdoor pool. Easy drive to town for groceries and restaurants--quick access to Rte 15 and under an hour to Zion Nat'l Park. Would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to find, convenient to surrounding attractions/places and the pool was great for kids! They had toys in the living room which was perfect for my 5 year old! Everything we needed for our trip and instructions for check in/check out were crystal clear!

Absolutely loved this condo. Decorated so cute and was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, beautiful bedding and towels, and everything we needed. The complex is fun and it’s peaceful and beautiful. Close to everything we needed in St. George. Anne was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Trons place! It was very peaceful and quiet. There were plenty of amenities and activities for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as advertised. Garage space is designed for a SUV. All items worked as they should and the pool/hot was within easy walking distance. The only thing missing was some outdoor furniture for evening get to gathers with other neighbors. Thanks Jon and Angie for a week in Heaven!!

Bruce and Paula’s place was warm and welcoming. Furniture and decor was tasteful. The location was great: not a far drive to eateries, grocery store and gas stations. My boys loved the short walk to the park that neighbored the complex. We also appreciated that the condo was an end unit. Hosts were extremely personable and responsive. Thank you, Bruce and Paula!

The location is great for what we need it for and it has a lot of activities for the family. We start here every time we're in St. George. Good communication and easy instructions.

Chad’s place was great. We loved the space and the big bunk room. It fit our crew great. The pool was great too.

We had an amazing stay at Tanner’s Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the area—it’s just a 35-minute drive to Zion, 2.5 hours to Bryce Canyon, and 35 minutes to Snow Canyon. Plus, Walmart is only 7 minutes away, which made it super convenient for grabbing anything we needed. The house itself was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. Tanner was also very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. This is an absolutely perfect place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with little ones. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our trip and would definitely stay here again!

Jackie is an extremely responsible host. Always quick to respond. Simply, the best! Location can’t be beat if you like outdoor activities. My husband loves to golf and there are countless courses in the area. My passion is biking and I could go right outside the gate and go endless places. There is also the Virgin River North and South trails an easy 15 minutes away. Also, like hiking and plenty of trails just in Snow Canyon. A easy walkable trail is the Toe Trail which is more like a walk but away from car noise. Liked to hit the pool and hot tub a lot after activities and pool was very comfortable. Many times the only one there.Rustic Cactus in Kayenta village was awesome. We stayed for three weeks to see if we would like it to escape from Iowa winters and it definitely checked all the boxes. Would love to return next year.

Chrissy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The communication was amazing and the home was so lovely. It was clean, and Chrissy made sure we were well taken care of. The hot tub in the backyard was the perfect temperature and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Spent 7nights at end of February to early March 2025. Great location along Coral Canyon Gold course. We choose this location due to the proximity of st George and Zion and area hiking opportunities. We have stayed in this same condo complex on 2 previous trips to Utah. I wanted to point out that Sothern Utah Luxury was spot on with communications before and after check-in. The Condo exceeded our expectations, this was well worth the money and it allows you to have the comforts of home and we made meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed using the garage to park the rental car, the garage was clean and easy to access the condo. The furniture was very comfortable, and the beds were clean, and plenty of towels and sheets were comfortable. Dishes and pans were available, coffee maker was nice to have. The pool and hot tub are a short distance to walk, and heated nicely (beach towels provided). I recommend this condo, the views from the patio area are amazing and quiet.

Casey's place was a great spot for our large group of friends to use as a home base while.we explored the areas mountain biking and climbing. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us.

Shelby’s place was amazing. This our second time here, and definitely not our last. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing. Shelby is super responsive and very proactive, making sure you have everything you need and that you make it to the place just right. The place was spotless clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
