We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

Great location and conveniently located to nearby stores and restaurants. House was clean and had everything we needed. We forgot a bag of clothes when we checked out and the host was very helpful and timely with getting it shipped to us.

Fred was always very responsive and acted immediately whether it was TV remotes needing batteries or the lawn needing a mowing. The house is in a great location close by to the trails, very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. I’d definitely consider it again. Thanks Fred!

We got this place as a small getaway and to be close to AT&T stadium for the Monday night game. We had family come to DFW from out of town and stayed here as well and we were happy and not disappointed with this cozy and lovely Airbnb. We will definitely stay at Arnold’s again in the future and would highly recommend this place.

Lovely home, we were in town after adopting a new baby. This was perfect for our family. Lan, was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

From the first conversation, Connor was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We had a seamless check in and an incredible stay. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur kids and the pool is as amazing as the pictures look. I chose to bring my family out for a week while I did some training in FT Worth and they both loved it as well. Beds were extremely comfortable, and all of the amenities were top notch. Lockwood’s Distillery is right down the street and they had some great food choices and drinks if you want a place in walking distance.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time! The location is very convenient; it is easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Martha was incredibly responsive and resolved one small issue we had on check in right away. She was very flexible with check in and check out as well, which we appreciated very much! Overall, we had a great weekend, felt very safe, and would definitely stay here again!

It is an excellent area, close to many different stores, and a very peaceful, serene, and clean home. We enjoyed it so much and felt right at home! The host is also great. She responds to messages so quickly!

The place was very nice and cozy. A cute little home. I'm glad we were able to park in the driveway, it seems a little crowded on the streets when we were there. We had no problems with getting in and everything was nice, functionable, and clean.

This was a beautiful apartment. Our stay was very short, beds and showers were in great shape and very comfortable.

This home was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The location was near all of our activities. The host was very professional and prompt with responses. Only thing, the occupants upstairs were very noisy, which is out of the hosts control. The parking spots are very limited and tight, but is mentioned in the description. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Stayed to attend a wedding weekend and everything about Robins Nest was great. Loved having a location close to everything I needed to do. It was super clean, had pretty much anything I went looking for and even had a hair dryer when mine crapped out! I can tell the unit is maintained with care. Only note for future guests is that it is in an apartment building so if you're not expecting that or used to footsteps overhead that could be a little surprise. It was NOT a problem at all while I was there. 100% recommended.

Spacious, clean, the hosts were responsive and proactive. Loved having a separate living room along with the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, and the king-size bed was comfortable. The location was perfect-- just a five-minute walk to the core of the Bishop Arts District. So much to do, with tons of places to visit and eat. What a great experience!

Highly recommend this property for a large group, there’s lots of things to do and common places to hang out. Pool and hot tub are great with large outdoor area for grilling/eating. Very close to airport and next to highway so you do get that noise but it wasn’t too disruptive. Austin was very responsive and able to accommodate many of our requests. Would definitely come back!

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

I had to book this place at the last minute and Madhan was immediately responsive even though it was 11:30 at night the night before we booked. The entire stay if I had a question or problem he responded within a few minutes. Excellent communicator. The home itself is fantastic, double living area inside so a lot of places to sit and talk and spread people out.Everything was very clean and easy to find in the house. The back yard with the pool had so much seating with tables and a grill and a fire pit which we enjoyed. Being away from the city was such a nice change of pace and we got to enjoy the quiet and the stars and breathe a little easier. I would love to come back. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a big group or a lot of family. It sleeps 16 upstairs and that doesn't include the master downstairs. Very spacious and roomy home! Small things that I loved: it had garbage bags, laundry soap and plenty of toilet paper! :)

Host was very responsive to questions and even had dishwasher pods dropped off. The home was spacious and clean, our family would stay here again if we make another trip to Dallas.

House was perfect for us. We had a group of college students with us for a local event so having a downstairs bedroom and 2 full baths was great for us and the kids split the upstairs bedrooms and baths. The kitchen and great room had a terrific layout (I wish our house had that) and the hot tub and ping pong/pool table were big hits with the group. Outstanding house and layout. Really enjoyed the trip!

Extremely beautiful & huge home. Spent time with my family, siblings and nephews we all enjoyed the stay without being crowded. Balaji is an extremely great host and quick to communicate and accommodate any requests. Would definitely book again without hesitation.

Brought 4 kids for vacation. The pool helped a lot in the evenings with keeping them busy. Would stay again if ever in the area.
