We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

L appartamento è favoloso e Danai professionale ma accogliente e disponibile. La casa davvero bella, spaziosa, arredata in modo da essere accogliente e pratica, munita di tantissimi accessori in cucina, detersivi per lavare e pulire e gli elementi base per cucinare: sale, olio, zucchero ecc (non sempre li abbiamo trovati…) quindi è stato in tutto e per tutto un soggiorno bellissimo. Danai e suo padre poi discreti ma disponibili e davvero carini, offrendoci delle pesce buonissime e un prezioso regalo… spero davvero di tornare!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful flat nestled in a serene environment surrounded by olive and fig trees. Michael and Kim went above and beyond, extending a warm welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, from hotel level bed liniment, home made olive oil and biscuits to bicycles and car rides to bus station. The flat itself matched the pictures and was impeccable - spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Anna : maison très bien située à 3mn de plusieurs plages, jardin superbe pour se reposer. La barrière de la langue a un peu compliqué la communication mais Anna est charmante. Une maison à recommander !

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Wir würden sogar sagen noch besser als auf den Bildern, wir waren begeistert. Die lokale Managerin hat uns zu dem Haus gebracht, was ziemlich ab vom Schuss an dem Küstenberghang ca. 30 Minuten von Kalamata weg zu finden war. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Auch die beiden Pools waren sehr schön, Abends ist dann vor allem der Whirlpool viel genutzt worden. Die Zimmer waren alle Top. Manche hatten ein Queen-Size-Bett, manche waren ein Doppelbett mit einer kleinen Abtrennung in der Mitte. Außerdem hatte jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad und einen eigenen Balkon bzw Balkonzugang.

Wir waren fast zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus von Georges Familie. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Der Aussenbereich wunderbar. Die Lage ist super. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Sup/Bike- Verleih. Der Strand und viele Ausflugsziele sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Lagune ist mit ihren Flamingos und vielen weiteren Vögeln wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns herzlich für die gastfreundlichkeit von George und seinen Eltern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was our second time staying at Katerina’s beautiful house so we knew what to expect. The location is perfect for us, the village with little shops and bakery is in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our time here again and are looking to come back. Our kids fell in love with the dog

we had a wonderful at the apartment. it is well equipped and very confortable. the host and her parents were very nice and attentive to our needs. we would come back without hesitation. we were there mid october and the pomagrenades and the lemons in garden were delicious;-)

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Siamo stati purtroppo solo 3 giorni a casa di Leonidas che per noi è stato l'angelo di Archangelos! Lui è la sua famiglia ci hanno sfamati, coccolati oltre ogni misura! impagabile la tranquillità e la bellezza della posizione e la doccia esterna fra gli ulivi, per non parlare dei fichi... Consigliamo a chiunque voglia scoprire un po' di Grecia nascosta di venire in questo paesino su un mare splendido e ancora poco frequentato... intanto abbiamo invitato Leonidas a Firenze!

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

Our best couple vacation in recent years. Quiet, amazing views, top quality food, fair price, listening ear and most importantly - great and good people everything that Hep represents is true and doing good in the world - it's hard to find truth in today's era - the farm team - Dionysus, Betty, Georgia and Costa are Exactly the people you want to accompany around you . The pasta experience was amazing. The breakfasts are perfect. The pool is exciting. The vegetable garden is inspiring. And the environment is authentic and not touristy. Every day that passed we considered moving in with them for good. We will come again very soon. thanks for all

The place is peaceful well equipped and located in a quiet and very nice area close to wonderful not-so-touristic beaches. If you like living in the nature in a private area (but still close to a big city in a few minutes drive), you like hiking, walking, camping and enjoying the countryside, then this is a place for you. Also Nico is a great host and willing to assist any of your requests. The last 150m of the road to get to the place are a bit tricky since it’s a rural road with quite a lot of puddles, but with an suv or even better a 4x4 it’s something doable. But it is just a small price you pay living in the heart of an olive grove.

House is right next to the sea (only 50m distance), clean with all required amenities needed by a family. Although we were not able to meet Leonidas in person, communication was excellent via AirBnB. We managed though to meet his parents, who treated us with the utmost hospitality. Strongly recommended for everyone who wishes to visit Archagellos and the surrounding areas.

We had such a wonderful time! The room was so beautiful, calming and cozy and sparkling clean. We felt like home, everyone was so nice, welcoming, and so helpful with everything. We ordered the amazing breakfast they offered every morning of our stay, and it was delicious, including produce from the garden all organic ✨ also if you’re coming in the summer the pool was amazing too 🤩. Thank you so much having us 🙏🏻 we will come back for sure.

We just spent a week in paradise at Eleni’s house. It is a gorgeous home on a hill overlooking olive tree groves leading to a panoramic view of the sea. The house is gorgeous and well stocked for everything you need. The infinity pool is immaculate and the pool area has a shower, lounge chairs for the sun, sofas in the shade and a dining table. The backyard has a bathroom, shower and barbecue. I wish we could have stayed longer. Eleni is a great host. The town has fabulous restaurants right in the water. Thank you for hosting us Eleni. Hope to come back soon.

wir hatten eine wunderschöne zeit in emilys haus. der schöne garten hat uns verwöhnt mit allerlei köstlichkeiten. emily und george sind sehr liebe und zuvorkommende gastgeber. bei problemen sind sie sofort zur stelle. man erholts sich in einer ruhigen gegend die wir zwei nur empfehlen können. galo chimona markus u catherine

We had a wonderful stay at Oneiro Mas. The communication with Jan and Katrien was seamless from the moment we made the booking, they provided a plethora of helpful information and tips. The house itself offers an oasis of tranquility, peacefully isolated in the nature yet just fifteen minutes drive from lovely Nafplio. The house is spacious, with an enormous pool and different outdoor spaces that offered our kids the opportunity to play games and fully enjoy themselves. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet and a spacious home with close access to nafplio and the surrounding beaches. Would definitely come back again!

Perfekte Ferien im Haus von Lilli – Ein Traum! Ich habe mit zwei Kolleginnen zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen im Haus von Lilli verbracht, und es war einfach fantastisch! Schon der Kontakt mit Lilli vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war reibungslos und sehr herzlich – sie hat sich um alles gekümmert, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum: ruhig gelegen, sehr komfortabel und perfekt ausgestattet. Ein Highlight war die unglaubliche Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Infinity-Pool, der einen grandiosen Blick in die Umgebung bietet. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen wünschen können. Nochmals ein riesiges Dankeschön an Lilli für diese unvergessliche Zeit! A family of 6 adults we all enjoyed every minute of this traditional home. So close to the beach and Agios Nikolaos. The welcome from Villy’s father made us feel as if part of his family. The welcome treats were many and delicious. Villy was attentive throughout our stay. Everything in situ worked well. Super holiday

Just had a wonderful fortnight at Eleni’s. Easy to find - a 5 min walk from centre of Kardamyli and much less to the closest taverna. The apartment was spotless and as described. Wonderful bed & excellent AC & WiFi. Eleni was very responsive to our questions and super helpful. She arranged for her cleaner to clean, change the sheets and provide new towels twice. Whilst there’s a shared pool, we didn’t find ourselves using it at the same time as the guests in the apartment next door in fact, we tended to go to Ritsa beach daily as it is absolutely perfect. Sun beds and parasols, beach tavernas and crystal clear, turquoise waters. Kardamyli has everything: pharmacy, well stocked supermarkets, boutiques as well as very cool restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. These were a little pricey- more like UK prices but, the quality of food, wine and service was impeccable - a real holiday treat. Would definitely go back!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les charmants propriétaires sont discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont offert de figues fraîches des œufs et des légumes délicieux venant du jardin. La maison est bien équipée, on peut y cuisiner facilement. La plage est à 5 minutes de marches. Il y a un côté très sauvage ou on peut se baigner nu et un côté plus convoité avec des parasols et des chaises longues accessibles gratuitement. On trouve dès cafés et restaurant en bord de mer à 10 minutes à pied. Bel endroit.

This villa was absolutely stunning! It exceeded our expectations. As much as there was to do within 45 minute drive, it was hard to want to leave this property. We were fortunate to have rather good weather during our stay which allowed for breakfasts on the porch, dips in the pool (not heated but worth braving the chilly water even in March), picking lemons from the onsite trees to make our own homemade lemonade and enjoy magical sunsets for happy hour. The house was even larger than expected and provided such ample space for us all to spread out. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. We enjoyed movie nights in the basement "second house," and greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note is there are quite a number of stairs to enter the main floor and a spiral staircase between the basement and the main floor (and the main floor and the second floor). We enjoyed cooking extensive meals in the kitchen and the neighborhood cats that greeted us.

A fantastic stay! We loved the pool and the outside space. Beautiful views from the villa. A great spot to explore the region. Dionysis was extremely quick to respond to any questions about the villa. Recommend the Ammos bar in Kyparissia 😊
