Logement incroyable. Rien à redire, Marco est très acceuillant et aidant au moindre soucis. Plein d'activités possibles dans la maison (à l'extérieur +++).

The view from Laura's place is great. You can see the ocean but we had rain so didn't get to use it much. Bed and apartment were cozy and comfortable. lots of art on display and lots of history in the home. Great place in Taormina.

Das Haus ist etwas versteckt und auf Google Maps nicht richtig markiert, aber mit den geschickten Fotos letztlich gut zu finden. Empfehlenswert ist ein kleines (Miet-) Auto, da die Einfahrt sehr eng und schmal ist. Wir wurden von Orazio´s Vater sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag benötigt. Es ist auch genug Holz zum Heizen vorhanden. Der Kamin ist die einzige Wärmequelle, was die Abende recht gemütlich macht. Allerdings wird es in der Nacht sehr kalt (wir waren im Winter da), zusätzliche Decken sind aber in den Schränken vorhanden. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt zum Meer, die Sonnenaufgänge sind herrlich. Die Nächte waren allerdings durch die vielen Hähne, die schon um 3 Uhr nachts mit krähen beginnen, und die Kirchturmuhr, die jede Viertelstunde schlägt, sehr kurz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es konnte alles genutzt werden. Insgesamt: Daumen hoch! 👍

Perfect place to stay in a remote mountain setting. A peaceful time after frenetic Palermo. Walking around town and outside town for a short hike was just what we needed! No restaurants to speak of open during our stay (February) but had a fun time putting together meals between the butcher shop, bakery and grocery store. Beautiful outside sitting area to enjoy a sunny lunch! Impeccably restored and pristine. Definitely recommend!

Wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Salvos Apartment. Die Lage am Hafen ist einfach großartig, es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus und viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und essen gehen. Danke, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Vincenzo ist ein guter Gastgeber. Check in und out war sehr flexibel, er war immer erreichbar und hat uns Restauranttipps gegeben. Das Ferienhaus steht neben dem Wohnhaus von Vincenzo auf einem großen Grundstück. Im Garten gibt es ein paar Spielgeräte für Kleinkinder, das war super! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind, dafür ist die Wohnung perfekt. Man sollte bedenken, dass fußläufig kein Geschäft oder Restaurant ist und man auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Zum Steinstrand San Marco sind es nur wenige Minuten.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön abseits des Dorfes mit fantastischem Blick ins Tal (Auto ist empfehlenswert!). Sie ist einfach, aber mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Giuseppe kennt sich sehr gut aus und hat uns sehr viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge in der Gegend gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man die beeindruckende Umgebung des Etna erkunden will!

We would love to come back someday! The house was very clean, comfortable and private with the most incredible scenery. We so much appreciated the quick, kind responses to all of our questions. We especially enjoyed our coffee on the patio in the mornings. We did not have a car. But this didn’t matter since the house is close to many wonderful restaurants and shops. We also hiked to Castelmola from the house particularly enjoying the breathtaking views via the well maintained footpath down the mountain on our return.

L’appartement de Chiara est spacieux et très agréable, superbe vue sur l’Etna pour prendre le petit déjeuner. La cuisine est bien équipée. Angela qui est la voisine qui nous a accueilli était très gentille. Bonne continuation :)

Fantastic stay with Mike! The apartment has stunning views and is easily walkable to the downtown, it was perfect for our family. Roberto was also a terrific local contact. He arranged for us a very early ride to the airport, and provided many local recommendations. Highly recommend this place!

Sabrina’s casa is absolutely delightful. A gem of a find, we loved the space and the amenities. It’s comfortable, well maintained and kitted out with whatever one could need. We spent hours on the balcony, enjoying the unblocked sea view and only wished we’d had a few more days to spend there. If we go Taormina again, we will definitely try to book Sabrina’s. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine à 6 personnes dans la partie a l étage de la maison. L appartement ne correspond pas tout à fait aux photos puisqu une chambre a été ajoutée dans le salon … mais la pièce de vie reste très spacieuse. Il n y avait pas de volets ( et pas de rideaux opaques dans le salon) ce qui est dommage quand on dort dans le salon et que le soleil se lève a 6h … et surtout pour couper du soleil quand il y fait très chaud . La cuisine n était pas suffisamment équipée plutôt rustique Heureusement que Sonia s est montrée réactive à nos demandes. La Clim était indispensable mais n est pas assez performante pour rafraîchir les chambres. Je dirais que l appartement vaut le coup pour la terrasse et la vue sur Taormina et la tranquillité s il y a du monde au rdc ( cet appartement doit être plus adapté pour un long séjour) .les extérieurs sont vraiment magiques et très appréciables en période de canicule ils sont d ailleurs très bien entretenus .

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandra. Ze stond zelfs ons om 23.30 op te wachten, we hadden een late vlucht, om haar appartement te laten zien. Alles was binnen loopafstand en de auto kon bij het huis geparkeerd worden. Super! Ook de eerste benodigdheden had Alessandra in huis gehaald. Kortom zeker een dikke aanrader om dit verblijf te boeken.

Die Unterkunft ist groß, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Im Winter etwas kühl, aber es gibt überall Heizgeräte. Wir haben besonders die Dachterrasse genossen und haben sehr die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin geschätzt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Only stayed for one night while travelling which was a shame as I would have liked to stay longer. very good location and a really good apartment, better than the photos. Friendly host as well

This villa is not a modern hotel but a grand estate reminiscent of the aristocracy of Italy; private, but living within the culture of the surrounding area. The grounds are lush and gated with a very large swimming pool. A car is necessary to get to other cities and/or bus stops/train stations. The GPS on our personal phones was excellent and useful in traveling around Sicily. Our hosts, Francesco and Maria, were warm and genteel. They live on the premises next to the villa so access to their assistance and advice was always available via phone, AirBNB and What's App. The beds are antique and amazingly comfortable - a recommendation would be to have additional pillows available for those who may not be back sleepers. We had 7 women from our bookclub back home and it sleeps 13 so there is plenty of space for a larger group. We would stay at the villa again if we do go back to Sicily. We had a great time!!!!

We stayed for a week during New Year. With a two families, in total 9 people. Great place and great host. The surroundings and views are beautiful. The property has everything including a lot of fruit trees. You are close to the beach and there is a nice family style bakery and restaurant right around the corner. The house is next to a highway. You do notice at first, but after a couple of hours it’s not a big deal. There was a problem with the electricity but Mauricio handled it well and quickly. He is a great host.

Outside the city, this location is gorgeous with magnificent views, but it would be hard to travel without our rental car. The hosts were uniquely attentive, communicative, considerate, and generous. I wish I could say the location was quiet and peaceful, but the neighbor's honking geese and relentlessly barking dogs forced us inside in the mornings. That is one of few things we would wish different, in addition to the steep front walkway and stairwell, and complex garbage rules. However, we enjoyed the luxurious pool and panoramic terraces daily. The large overhang by the pizza oven allowed us to even appreciate the rainy days. The spacious kitchen and Sicilian-styled open layout allowed for family dinners and comfortable hang-outs. Brief maintenance visits by Giuseppe and Giulia occurred at 7:00 daily, but they kindly did not enter the house. Any questions were immediately answered, and requests carefully met. Overall, we felt welcomed, cared-for, appreciated, and unfettered.

Tranquil, beautiful mountainside villa about 10 minutes from Bronte with imposing view of Etna and surrounded by vineyards, magpies, and flocks of sheep. The exterior of the building is volcanic rock, giving an “old-world” Italian feel. The host, Nunzio, went far above and beyond the call of duty in welcoming us after a difficult travel in the middle of the night, helping us when our rental car ran a flat tire on the way there, making introductions in town and guiding us through city hall, recommending restaurants where I ate some of the best food in my life, and overall caring for us and treating us as family. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for his care and support while we were here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Taormina at Louisa’s place. Louisa is wonderful, very warm, friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome and appreciated. We felt fortunate to find such a great place to stay. The place is gorgeous, it has that lovely, classic Sicilian villa feel to it. It was a joy to stay in during a few of the rainy days of our stay. The villa is very well located, just a 7 minute walk from the main walking street (Corso Umberto). It also has a private parking garage which is a difficult amenity to find in Taormina. It was a huge plus for us as we were touring Sicily by car. There’s a large, eat-in kitchen with literally everything you need on hand, the bedrooms upstairs are comfortable, with en suit baths. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms and actually everything was very clean. The provided fruit, coffee and a bottle of wine from Louisa were a nice touch. We will stay here again and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended. Thank you Louis

Had a wonderful time at Francesco's place! He and Giovanna were very welcoming and generous hosts, sharing local recommendations and even some home made wine! The pool was the perfect spot to cool off after a hot day and the house was well placed for excursions to Etna. Thank you both for a delightful stay !

Our family had a lovely stay and enjoyed the proximity to the nearby restaurants and shops in Taormina. We hope to come back again one day when the weather is warmer to utilize the outdoor area and beautiful pool! Highly recommended

Mara's place is lovely and has an exciting, lush garden. The villa is beautifully situated with views of the sea and Etna's top and has a beautiful small pool and sun terrace. The beds are big and comfortable – and Mara, who lives next door, quickly responds to any questions. The kitchen is small – and lacks a few utensils if you enjoy cooking. But all in all, a beautiful place.
