Andrea is an amazing host and this place was so great! We came down for Mardi Gras and we were only a short, easy 10 minute Uber drive from the French Quarter! The house is adorable and clean and amazing with everything you need! Andrea is a great host and gave great recs! I highly recommend!!

I really would love staying here again. I am very pleased with my experience. Check in was very easy and hassle free. The home is cozy and comfortable, it's also very clean, it feels just like home. The hosts are very responsive and caring, I loved that they reached out to us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The entire home was pleasant and we enjoyed every minute of our trip here.

We needed a place spacious enough for three adults, walkable with two children under four, and a long enough private driveway for a 22 foot long camper. Jackpot! Lisa is an incredible host and this house is so charming! We found lots of great places nearby, all places she recommended. Thank you!!!

We had a lovely stay. The home is lovely and tastefully done. Website photos are accurate and as described. Having a dedicated, gated parking spot was an added bonus. Our visit was during Mardi Gras. Staying here allowed us to be close to the festivities and enabled us to escape to peaceful surroundings at the end of the day. Albert is a very attentive host. He was very quick to respond to any questions. In addition, the home was very clean. The back yard lovely and inviting to sit for a spell at days end. Thank you Albert for a lovely stay.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We were a family of four visiting NOLA for a work trip I had. The house is in mid-city so is close to everything (cheap to uber to sites of interest and there is parking just outside the house if you're driving), the area is clearly changing from not-walk-at-night vibes to lots of new refurbished houses on the street. Our neighbours were real nice. Very quiet at night, there were no parties. For the location and the place - this is definitely worth the money. Now the house - is amazing. Really cool ad renovated shot gun, we found it easy to live in. The host was very generous in terms of what was supplied. It had everything and the kitchen is well stocked to cook dinner for the family with a full size fridge and oven. The house is warm (in winter). This is a great place, thanks for letting us stay. Go Pelicans! (you can walk to Smoothie King from this house).

We absolutely loved our stay on Magazine! It is a beautiful, walkable area and the home is perfectly situated in the mix of it all. The interior is thoughtful, clean and colorful! We would be delighted to stay again.

Becky’s spot was one of the better airbnbs I’ve stayed in while in NOLA (and I’ve been in some great spots). This airbnb stood out due to its location. It’s walkable to Magazine Street and the parade route if you’re traveling solely for Mardi Gras. Great restaurants are in the surrounding area (Pizza Domenica is amazing!!). Becky and her husband are super sweet and were the first ones to reach out to us. They were super accommodating, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The area we were in was safe (huge factor for me when staying in NOLA) and beautiful. Just the walk to Magazine Street was breathtaking. When driving to get coffee early one morning there were people (mainly women) who were out alone walking their dogs. That was super telling to me how great of an area we were in. I’d stay at Becky’s Airbnb every time if possible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Thank you Becky for a great stay!

This place was exactly as it was advertised. It was clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. One of the best AirBnB's we have stayed in in New Orleans.

We stayed over a week in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. The home was perfect for the two of us and we walked to the parades and met with friends in Uptown. We found it very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It's a little off the main parade routes but not too far of a walk to Magazine. It's close to the Winn-Dixie, Wholefoods, restaurants, and bars. Tucks stages down the street and at the Winn-Dixie so it was a short walk to see the groups marching in the parade. If you don't mind the bus, there is a stop right in front that will take you down Magazine and onto Canal street and back. Very convenient!

Allison was an incredible host! She communicated preemptively, effectively, and efficiently. She and John even invited us to their annual Mardi Gras party, which was a blast! My luggage was delayed arriving, and she offered me anything I needed while waiting. The place was very safe (gated front entrance) and perfectly located. I would recommend Allison's place to anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

What a fantastic stay! Owen's place is absolute gem located in the wonderful Lower Garden District, a few feet from Magazine Street. I felt like a true local. As a native New Yorker I enjoy being able to walk a city and Owen's place provided that opportunity. You are just about a mile away from some of the best restaurants on Magazine Street/Uptown and a mile (in the opposite direction) from the start of downtown. My visit was during an incredibly busy time in NOLA where Uber and Lyft were not easily accessible due to road closures (it was the Super Bowl), but I had no problem walking around and getting everywhere I needed to be. Not to mention the space was absolutely beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!

She was very nice. We had wanted to drop off our luggage a little earlier than check in time and were able to! Was a very cute place close to things.

Fantastic trip! The property was exactly what we needed for an action packed weekend in Nola. Great area and felt safe throughout the stay - also walkable to Frenchman area and bourbon street

This is one of my favorite AirBnb properties we have stayed in. It was beautiful! We loved the privacy of having a really spacious apartment to ourselves but also being nustled in the hustle and bustle of the city. We have 2 toddlers and found the property to be extremely family friendly. Loved the exposed brick. Decor was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked. And the parking space in the gated lot was invaluable! We didn't want to leave!

This place was fantastic for our recent stay. As pictured and described. Secure building with elevator. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Fun decor. On Carondolet (streetcar uptown) and 1 block from St. Charles (streetcar downtown and parade route). 5 minute walk to Canal St. aka edge of French Quarter. 15 min walk to WW2 museum. Amazing restaurants all around. Host was super responsive and accommodated our late check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, spacious, clean with every amenity you could imagine. The location was fantastic, a quiet end of street with little traffic. Close to cable and bus stops, many convenient restaurants and shops . Would definitely recommend this lovely loft and would return!

We are repeat vacationers at this condo in New Orleans. It is always clean, comfortable & has the added safety of a gated parking garage and coded entry doors to the complex. We absolutely love this condo!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this charming condo. Location is stellar and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, NORTA stops, and other things to do. This unit is right by a busy overpass, but there was little to no road noise. We found the unit itself the be very comfortable and beautifully decorated with local art. The well-appointed modern kitchen allowed us to enjoy a cozy and relaxed breakfast at “home” before heading out for our days adventures. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfy place to stay during a trip to New Orleans.

Beverly was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is a true New Orleans expert and was so very helpful in navigating us around the pre-Mardi Gras road closures! She was flexible and accommodating for our early flight and moved our check in time hours earlier! Sincerely, she was a Fantastic. The location of her place was perfect - easy access to the highways and local places. It was clean, well stocked and made our lives so very easy . We would absolutely stay here again!
