Edward was the perfect host - very responsive, friendly, informative and flexible. We felt right at home in the neighbourhood - lots of great bars and restaurants close by, but also very quick into the city centre. We would highly recommend Edward and this house to those who are looking to spend a few days in New Orleans.

Gail was amazing in making us feel right at home. The house was in pristine condition with all listed amenities available. The location of the house was also in the middle of Frenchmen st., French quarter, and a short drive to bourbon street. I will book again!

Such a nice place, so relaxing, and so close to all the activities we wanted to do! Everything we needed was 20 minutes away or less.

Walking distance to the French Quarter but just far enough away to have a peaceful sleep. The home was adorable and clean, spa was spacious and relaxing, and, hosts were responsive.

Our stay at Mark and Sara's place was absolutely amazing! This place is like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of history—part historic home, part living museum. The entire home furnishings, and thoughtful decor truly transport you to another era while still providing all the modern comforts. We will definitely go back to this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in NOLA!

The place was perfect for multiple people. It was private and had everything we needed and more. Great host.

What a great find! The only con is that it’s a little hard to lock/unlock the door…but that’s nit picking. It can be noisy at night and if you are in the front bedroom the lights could be distracting through the windows, but this was a non-issue for us. The location is AMAZING. 1 street over from all the action on bourbon st, but far enough to not be completely crazy. Walkable to everything, convenience store across the street, good restaurants on the same block. We will be staying here again next time for sure!!! Thanks!!!

Great place to stay in New Orleans. It’s nicer than other areas in the city. It’s very walkable with a group and we didn’t have any issues. The main selling point for us is that it is directly on multiple stops for the 12 tram that runs to The French Quarter. $8 for a three day pass and you had transportation almost anywhere you want to go. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and sleep our numbers well. You can hear the upstairs renters if they’re there. But that’s really more on the other people than the Airbnb. You could rent the other side of you wanted to trade stairs for no noise. We didn’t use the pool, but the back area seemed pretty cool. It was all behind walls and a locked gate so it’s very safe. There is a circle K two blocks away which was hyper convenient for any house needs. They did also let us check in 5 hours early for $75 which in a group of 7 people happened to be worth it. Pro tip: if you don’t want to check in early the ww2 museum has lockers

Enjoyed our stay convenient for us as we were attending a wedding one half block away. Paper products, hairdryer, shampoo etc supplied in our unit. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, spices etc. Small market located a couple of blocks away. Some restaurants close by but we didn’t eat at any. Quick taxi ride to French Quarter, Jackson Square.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this location. Kevin was an outstanding host, always quick to respond. I was blown away by how incredibly clean and comfortable the place was as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The WiFi was fast and reliable for my kids iPads and all login information was listed. We also were minutes away from Bobby Herbert's Cajun Cannon restaurant if you want to experience real New Orleans food culture. Being that I'm a New Orleans native that hadn't been home in about 10 years. This was the best location for my family to stay during Mardi Gras. Less traffic and road block. I would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a great stay! There’s only a couple things that need some attention. The back button on the TV remote In the living room didn’t work and there’s no tv in the room. The shower head could definitely be replaced and the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. But the place looks exactly like how it did in the pictures and the location was perfect. Close enough to bourbon street but far enough to be away from the noise. I also told them it was my bday but didn’t get any decorations or anything like I was promised. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!

chose this unit due to proximity to the parade routes, Bourbon St, the river areas, and price. also, was not too noisy at night like many other units that had comments about excessive noise from trolleys, loud music, and traffic. this one was fairly quiet.

We are repeat vacationers at this condo in New Orleans. It is always clean, comfortable & has the added safety of a gated parking garage and coded entry doors to the complex. We absolutely love this condo!

This property was great! Looks exactly like the photos, clean, modern, spacious, and well equipped. Located in the downtown area, there are several restaurants and stores near by. Also not far from Bourbon street but far enough to where your stay is peaceful and quiet. With 24 hour security, we felt very safe. David was helpful, flexible, and responsive. There’s parking next door but be prepared to pay a daily rate of $50+ if parking arrangements aren’t included in your booking.

This Airbnb on Rampart Street was the perfect spot for our New Orleans adventure! The hot tub was amazing, and the outdoor space made for the best pictures—such a vibe. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, plus an outdoor bathroom on the enclosed porch, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The beautiful kitchen appliances added a touch of nostalgia, especially the vintage-style fridge and stove, which reminded me of my great-grandparents' house. The location was unbeatable—just close enough to enjoy the energy but tucked away for a peaceful retreat. We came to The Big Easy to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and this home made it unforgettable. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and truly special stay in New Orleans! Would definitely book again! Tyler is the best of the best! Kell’s Airbnb was wonderful and EVEN BETTER than the pictures show! My colleague, husband and I booked Kell’s place as an alternative to a hotel for Super Bowl week for a work trip. The rooms were so clean and spaced apart well. It was very easy to get to all parts of New Orleans festivities and and was a tranquil welcome to get away from the craziness too. Great restaurants nearby and I went to Nolita bakery every morning. The plunge pool really made it! Thank you Kell!

The two houses are brilliant for a large group, each room is very individual and the house has everything you could want in it. The location is outstanding with a short walk to reach a wide variety of cafes, bars and venues. Within twenty minutes or so you are in the middle of Bourbon Street. Joshua was very responsive, answering our questions beforehand and everything went extremely well. We managed to time our stay during an unseasonably cold period so wished we’d asked for the outside pool to be heated (it costs extra) - only a couple of us braved the exhilaration of a chilly morning, New Orleans dip! This is a great place to stay and I’d highly recommend it.

We had a magical week at this wonderful property! The space is beautiful and spacious and decorated with a personal touch that made us feel like we were staying with a cool friend. The pool is wonderful and we appreciated how many towels the hosts provided. The location was great and perfect for us visiting friends in the Bywater as well as exploring the quarter. We would definitely stay here again!
