Metairie : locations de vacances

Ben's place was exactly what I was looking for. It was conveniently located near many attractions and offered plenty of space for three adult males. Although it was situated in a vibrant neighborhood that may not appeal to everyone, it met all our needs perfectly. The only downside was the lack of off-street parking; however, this wasn't Ben's fault, as we were able to find parking nearby. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The Natchez is a wonderful place to stay in NOLA. It's very walkable with wonderful restaurants and activities close by. Communication with the host was great as they were immediately responsive! The apartment itself is exactly as pictured, and was absolutely perfect for our family! You'll not find a better place to enjoy your stay in New Orleans!

Just as described in the listing. Close walk to Magazine St and perfect central location for Mardi Gras parade route. Well stocked with everything you’d need. Nicki was very responsive and allowed for early check in and late check out to accommodate our flights/leaving our bags at the house since we didn’t have a car. Would 100% stay again and recommend for festivals or otherwise! Thank you!

The place was very close to the French Market, Frenchman St and FQ. Great sandwich shop at the corner. Another restaurant across the street which we disnt try. The beds were comfy. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony. Would stay there again.

Our group of five old college friends could not have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect for us, with appropriate sleeping space, comfortable common areas, and a lovely back yard. Everything was as advertised. The Marigny and Bywater are two of my favorite neighborhoods in NOLA, so the locations was great, and it's easy walking distance to Frenchman's St. and the French Quarter (but also removed from the action a bit). And Franz and Tracy were simply the best - great communicators and incredibly generous and flexible.

I enjoyed my stay. Place was clean, loved the vaulted ceilings and modern kitchen, loved the interesting book collection, yard has a large shipping container in it and yard could use some TLC, area felt safe overall but saw random sketchy people walking down the street from time to time, host may want to consider putting a TV in the second bedroom. Quentin was superbly responsive when I was locked out, he arranged for me to get a spare key right away!

This was the perfect place to stay at with my children for their first Nola trip. Close enough to the main part of city and close to the quarter but just enough out of town for it to be quiet. Loved having private parking Insaid the gate!! Made it so easy to let my kids play outside while we packed and unpacked car. Had a cute tree swing and toys inside for them to play with. This made our trip so much easier with children.

Great stay for our family of 5 during Mardi Gras season! Lots of great restaurants close by. Easy to get to all the uptown parade routes. Loved our visit!
