The location was perfect, clean room, the view from the balcony, the stocked in the kitchen with essentials, also comes with free coffee and very responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

Great stay on an excellent location

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

Donna and Phillip are so nice hosts! They accommodated my last-minute booking to celebrate me and my partner's birthday. I love the unit, the linens are clean, bathroom, and bedrooms are clean. The towels are fresh. I love that there's an ATM machine at the back of the front desk, so it's so convenient to withdraw money if you need cash. However, the convenience store is somehow not convenient, but it's not the Host's fault. I still gave a 5-star rating coz my experience with the place is so good and nice. I will definitely go back to this listing if I need a quick get away. Thank you so much to the hosts who's very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

Van was a great host, easy to communicate with and super helpful. His place looks exactly like the photos, super nice interior! The living room was our favorite spot to hangout to, super chill, surrounded with lots of seats perfect for friends/family gathering. Bedrooms are cozy too and well air-conditioned. We also love that the place has convenient store on the ground floor, and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we're already planning to come back 😊

The place was as beautiful as the pictures in the listing. The karaoke system was a professional system so we didn’t pay extra at a KTV place. It was very close to the market and mall. The staff was quick to respond to all questions. I highly recommend this place for big groups!! Thank you.

We loved our stay at Myra's place, from complimentary snacks to amenities. Very aesthetic, clean and smells good. Feels homey. We had a great sleep with the comfy beds. Peaceful area. Lots of complimentary such as snacks, toiletries, water, slippers. Easy check in and unit is very spacious for a family of 5. Parking available with minimal fee. Ms. Myra is very responsive and kind. The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.
