Lovely house, very comfortable, warm and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. In a great location only 10 minutes away from Durham and easy to find. The rooms were all spacious, the bathroom was lovely and the free standing bath was a bonus, I had a very enjoyable soak. Tom left very generous welcome gifts. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Tom.

Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again. Lovely rural location, beautiful views and very peaceful, lots of sheep around. Very comfortable beds and bedding. we really enjoyed the wide selection of adult/kids games, we really really enjoyed the karaoke too! Well the adults did of an evening. An easy 5 stars. This was our 2nd time staying in Whitley Bay in one of Joanne and John’s homes and we couldn’t have been happier. They are fantastic hosts and the property was amazing. Turning up to have bread, milk and teabags as well as some other treats was lovely and the home had everything we needed. The location is walking distance to the high street, beach and some great local restaurants. The Christmas tree and log fire were such a magic touch. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas in your home!

We had a wonderful stay at Clearwater cottage. It’s a beautiful place to sit and watch the river from the window, so peaceful. The property is well furnished and has everything we needed and more. The host was there at all times to recommend local restaurants and anything else we needed. We look forward to visiting again

Ellen’s place is ideal location - we travelled down for sky diving and a trip to Durham both a great distance from the Airbnb. Ellen was friendly and proactive and the space is clean and cosy - very homely. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely family weekend in the Chateau by the sea. The house is beautiful and spacious with lovely communal areas to spend time together in. The seafront is only a short walk with plenty places to eat and drink, and morrsions is only over the road should you forget anything. The hot tub is a perfect addition for relaxation with the outdoor shower to rinse off after. Would definitely recommend this home and we may even be back.

Great place to stay with only being a 5-10 min uber from the centre. The place was clean and zoheb was on hand in case we needed anything. Check in was also really easy with no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Sammy’s place. The flat was easy to find with the descriptions/directions given prior. The host was very quick at responding when I queried parking (which was no issue at all). It was all exactly as described with a nice homely feel. The bedding felt luxurious, the towels were soft, the sofas super comfy and there was even a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. The location was superb, so close to the centre of Hexham, yet very quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend to others. Thank you ☺️

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

What a gem of a place! Perfect for a long weekend in Durham and we definitely hope to return. Lisa sorted parking permits for us and changed our booking dates - she couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The place was clean and warm, with some lovely treats to welcome us in. Recommend without hesitation.

Linda's place is a lovely two-bedroom flat in a nice quiet street close to South Gosforth metro (less than 10 mins walk), which is a short metro ride from central Newcastle and close to Jesmond. It is spacious and airy with two large bedrooms and a decent living room. It has a little yard area too. It was clean and well-equipped. Short walk to a shop. Linda, the host, was really helpful and friendly. We went to see my son who is at the University and we had a lovely time. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a very comfortable apartment right in the heart of Corbridge with views over the church. It is well-equipped and has the advantage of a parking space.

Was lovely a flat and perfect for what we needed. The flat was clean and tidy and everything we needed was inside. The host was proactive and gave clear instrutctions for entry. We didn't spend a lot of time in the village but it looked lovely with a fish and chip shop a few minutes walk away from the flat.

Nice flat in Gosforth. Really clean and quiet. Kitchen has got everything you need to spend a few days. Hosts offer a travel cot which was very handy. Quiet area, minutes away from Metro and bus to the city centre. Very nice local businesses around.

Had a fantastic two nights here. Great apartment right by a multi-storey for easy parking. 5 star amenities with lovely towels and bed linen. Spacious bathroom and en-suite. Neil was the perfect host and we’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
