Great place with a lot of amenities!

Jaya was a very attentive host and responded promptly always. It was a perfect place for a group to stay over that had plans in Newcastle. Plenty of space and exactly what we needed. Some of the kitchen essentials provided as well which was a nice touch and saved us going to the shops!

Great location, around the corner from the Metro. Exceeded expectation as haven't used air BnB before. Hosts were helpful. A lovely place, highly recomend!

Such a beautiful weekend away for my mum's 70th birthday! The house is beautiful with so much space and everything you could need! Lots of places to walk from the door step. This house is definitely worth a visit.

Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to the Anchorage. Very romantic and cosy stay, would love to stay again in the future!

Lovely stay, we had fantastic time at Hayloft, place was immaculate clean and very well equipped, hot tub was a bonus, we felt very welcomed. If you are looking for nice views, privacy and relax that’s place! Thank You for having us!!!❤️❤️❤️

We had a lovely weekend away. The house is spotless and has everything you need. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and there is plenty of space. The hot tub was fantastic. It was ready for us when we arrived. We had clear instructions for using the chemicals etc. The location met our needs, about £15 Uber to Newcastle centre and only 10 minute drive to the beach. Would highly recommend

A great house for a family get together something for all ages we have a family aging from 80 down to 2 with dogs in the mix and we loved the space with somewhere to gather and also big enough to escape for piece and quiet

Great weekend away for Valentine’s Day, close to Durham for a day out and very relaxing to come back and spend time in the hot tub, overall a great experience :)

Our stay at Ash Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The lodge itself is beautifully decorated, incredibly cosy, and the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. The log burner and stove were fantastic for keeping the lodge warm and for cooking—such a lovely touch! One of the highlights was the decking doors, which open up to stunning views of the fields. We were lucky enough to spot deer, hares, birds, and of course, the sheep, making it feel like a true countryside escape. The hot tub was another highlight—perfect for relaxing under the stars on a clear night. For dog owners, the dog walk field and nature trail are brilliant. Our dogs absolutely loved exploring, and it was great having such a dog-friendly space. A huge thank you to Sarah, who was always on hand to help with anything we needed—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Overall, Ash Lodge is a fantastic place to escape everyday life and enjoy some much-needed downtime. We can’t recommend it enough! We’ll definitely be back

What can I say about staying in Ash lodge?! Our hosts Allison and Jonathan were wonderful. Provided us with all the information we would need and were quick to respond when we needed them! Friendly, welcoming and all round lovely hosts! To top it off, as we left, Jonathan helped us get our car out of the snow and gave us a tow up to the car park - not all hero’s wear capes! We practically lived in the hot tub in the evenings. The instructions in the handbook are easy to follow. The tub was fun to get going and even more fun to enjoy! Now how about that cheese? It was phenomenal! I recommend getting the cheese board add on when you come. Also the breakfast pack is amazing! The lodge was clean, tidy, uncluttered, and had the most wonderful warm homely feel. The amenities were everything we needed for the weekend. Highlight of our stay would have to be the moment my partner proposed to me IN the hot tub! It has been the most MAGICAL experience. We even got to see shooting stars!

Stayed here the other night, the lodge was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and modern. The views from the lodge were amazing looking out onto the countryside. Provided us with robes, slippers and snack trolley which was really thoughtful! Would definitely recommend staying here!! I will be looking to book again sometime soon!! Thankyou!
