This is a character room with stunning views. The restaurant attached is well known in the local area for a high standard of food. We enjoyed visiting family and being able to walk back without the need for a taxi.

What an amazing house, dog friendly, too! Perfect location for our family wedding. Frances was most helpful and very accommodating. Will stay again next time we visit family in Holmbridge.

The room felt like I was in a hotel. Shampoo, Shower Gel ready, teas and coffees and milk. Was a great place to stay at. Pete was super helpful and proactive with communication.

I had a fantastic experience staying with Joe! He is incredibly respectful and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting their attention to detail. Beautiful location. Own parking area. Clean tidy rooms. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was a god send after all the walks. Selection of cereal in room along with plenty of tea and coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge. Claire and Robbie were great hosts. Gave us a run down of Castleton and where to go. Friendly banter and made us feel very welcome. They were very responsive to anything we asked. Highly recommend this as a place to stay as it is accessible to so many walks including Mam Tor and Castleton has numerous pubs and restaurants to choose in such a small area so there is always somewhere to have refreshment and nourish after a walking day. If you need a place to stay in Marple this is the place. A beautiful house, exceptionally clean and comfortable topped off with the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I can highly recommend this gorgeous guest house and the attentive hosts.

Brian is a lovely elderly English gentleman with some great stories. Brian's 4th floor apartment is centrally located near restaurants, bars and live music venues. I slept perfectly in crisp, clean bedding. My vegetarian 'full english' was just what I needed before I hit the road at 7am - many, many thanks Brian for making that happen!

My only disappointment is that I hadn't found this place sooner. We visit Hebden every year or so and this gas got to be one of our bedt stays yet. Flexible, easy to find, great, modern room and bathroom with lots of great little touches that demonstrates Mark doesn't take shortcuts. We'll definitely be back when we next visit. ps, great breakfast set up, with plenty of staff on hand to assist if needed. No cooked breakfast but plenty to choose from and hot tean and coffee on request 👍

I absolutely loved staying at Helen’s place — it was peaceful, beautiful, and very convenient with a bus stop just around the corner. Her cat Reha is incredibly adorable! If I ever come back to Manchester, I’d definitely choose to stay here again.

We felt at home the breakfast were excellent the room and house was to our expectations we would definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends. Cary and David were helpful and friendly and gave my wife and I an excellent start to our days with a most enjoyable breakfast. I would like to thank them both for making our break special.

Enjoyed a long breakfast with good coffee and good reading at your kitchen table. Admiring the blooming cherry tree in the garden. You can really tell that the place is taken good care of. We had a wonderful time staying in Hebden Bridge. Manya and her husband were so friendly and accommodating! The house is beautiful and our room was lovely and cosy. The breakfast prepared for us was super tasty! The location was perfect and easy to find. If we ever stay in the area again we will definitely come back to this b&b, and recommend to friends too!☺️

fabulous stay at this amazing apartment, Mark is always very friendly & welcoming. Brilliant place to stay just a few minutes walk from Oxford Rd Station, theatres & bars/restaurant. so enjoyable to relax in the open plan living area & garden after a show, this is always my first choice when I stay in Manchester

From the moment of booking onwards Jenny was so helpful and easy to communicate with! Along with her beautiful dog Benson they are the perfect hosts :) very friendly and welcoming while fully respecting your privacy should you want it. I had a lovely stay in her gorgeous house and would 100% recommend to anyone.

My and friend and I had a lovely stay at Jennifers property! At a time suitable for us both we were greeted by Jennifer and the true host of the house, her lovely son. We had a lovely tour and a detailed explanation from her son! They both made us feel very welcome. The property was exactly as it looks, it was very clean and had everything required. She went above and beyond to accommodate for my dietary requirement and even suggested a lovely place for dinner. It is in a lovely location for a small village feel and walks. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be going back! Thank you to Jennifer and your lovely little boy! :)

Our room was beautiful, lovely and clean and the area is very peaceful.

Due to poor weather we decided to look for a local B&B in Barnoldswick to stop over instead of travelling home late at night. We were really pleased with Alma Cliffe Guest House and enjoyed our stay.

We had a brilliant nights stay at the Swan. Di and John were wonderful hosts the beds were super comfy and the shower/wet room was amazing. As hosts they couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome we will definitely be coming back :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The White Swan! Di was super helpful and responsive, the room itself was lovely, very clean, full of amenities and bed super comfy. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the pub, they were even able to accommodate for my gluten allergy which I was grateful for. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again ☺️

Our Wild Rose Deluxe Room at The White Swan was wonderful- spotlessly clean, lovely decor and gorgeous bathroom with a great shower! Breakfast served in the pub with bacon sandwiches, juice and coffee was such a lovely touch as was the drinks tray with a nice range of drinks and biscuits. Finished to a high standard and a lovely bed! Our hosts were incredibly helpful with checking in, getting a local taxi and navigating the local area. Would highly recommend staying at The White Swan. It’s located in a beautiful area and is a wonderfully quiet and peaceful stay. Thank you!
