Beautiful house with home from home comforts in a lovely well kept residential area. Lots to keep us entertained… hot tub, pool, arcade games, darts, swing ball and lots of board games, which brought back childhood memories… hadn’t seen some of the games in years! And also some newer games which we hadn’t seen before. Everything was in the house as we were expecting. We were very lucky with the weather, so spent lots of time exploring local areas too. Lytham and Lytham St Anne’s are lovely… not as busy as Blackpool. Son and daughter explored Blackpool and Blackpool zoo. Model village near the zoo is worth a visit too. All are about 15-20 minutes drive. The Grapes in Wrea (about 5 mins from the house) does lovely bar food and welcomes dogs… treats, bowls and water provided.

Great house ,everything you could possibly need and more . We were attending a close family funeral, and the space allowed our family to spend time together. We love hayfield and have many fond memories. Thank you linda x

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Carl was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The little touches like fresh towels were really appreciated. The convenience store is just 3 mins away, Stanley park is 10 minutes walk, train station & city center is less than 15 minutes away with uber that cost approximately 5-8£ per booking. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

An absolute gem of a property! Spacious, modern, extremely clean and tidy. Excellent facilities, easy parking and close to town centre. Host was an excellent communicator, sharing clear instructions as to how to get in and subsequently leave the house. This is one of the best Air BnB’s I have stayed at and would highly recommended to any families to stay in. I will definitely be back. Dean Coady OBE

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

From good communication to the actual stay it was all great, house was in the location we needed very cleans and modern, easy to find and easy access and day of arrival, would recommend for a clean no nonsense comfortable stay

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

Olu's place was perfect for what I and my family needed for a weekend. Everything was as described and very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, in fact we were taken back with how there cupboards were full off useful things…. Condiments, sauces, toiletries and that’s just a few I can mention. Appreciated the milk, bread, butter, nice gesture and makes a difference to some places who don’t offer that. Host also helped us out when our car broke down whilst we were there and went above and beyond to help sort it out for us. Overall the place was lovely, more than I actually expected, clean, tidy and perfect. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Wigan. Thank you

Right from booking our stay Maureen was so helpful providing every single detail you would need to get there, how to get in and recommendations. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced thanks to Maureen providing detailed instructions pictures and videos. Along with recommendations for food, walks and other activities. The apartment was spotless and in a beautiful location with nice views from the balcony and so peaceful with sounds of the river running below. Such a lovely stay and amazing hosts! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here and we would recommend to anyone visiting Sale or Manchester. Rachel is a great host, we had everything we needed in the apartment. To get to central Manchester was very easy using the tram. Would definitely return when we come back to Manchester.

Andrew was an exceptional host! The place was even more spacious and cozy than the photos suggested, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Andrew went above and beyond—he kindly added a full-length mirror to one of the bedrooms just for our stay (which was perfect for getting ready for a family wedding), and he even managed to arrange an extra parking pass for us. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches—he provided cereal, water, milk, tea, biscuits, and croissants. It was a truly lovely and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely book here again. Had a fantastic stay in Hebden. The property is so homely and feels like a really authentic experience. There are two main walks into town - a scenic waterside route along the canal and a fantastic one along the main road which takes you past a lot of local homes with displays in the window. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic time staying here on my 2nd visit. I stayed for a few weeks and felt right at home the whole time. Danielle was always on hand if I had a question. She was always very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend! I look forward to staying again.

Really lovely stay here would certainly come back was a beautiful location and just a little walk to Liverpools heart as well. The hosts were great at communicating if we had a problem. Would recommend to anyone going to Liverpool
