The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

La casa di Elisa è perfetta sotto più punti di vista. Esternamente lo spazio per il parcheggio dell'auto è ottimo e c'è un angolo giardino molto gradevole. Internamente la casa è pulitissima e ordinata. Dispone di tutto l'occorrente. Letto comodo. La location è ottima per la vicinanza dal centro (poco più di 2 km a piedi). Nei dintorni si trovano ristoranti, bar e un grande supermercato a poche centinaia di metri. Elisa è un host impeccabile: gentile e sempre disponibile a supportare con consigli. Istruzioni perfette per l'accesso a casa. In conclusione consiglio fortemente l'alloggio di Elisa e non escludo di tornarci in futuro.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Wir füllen uns wie Zuhause. Federico hat sehr gastfreundlich vorbereitet mit Kaffee und Snacks. Er reagierte auch immer sofort wenn wir Fragen haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Really lovely stay. Antonio really went the extra mile to accommodate us. Great restaurant recommendations. Very clean apartment in quiet area, equipped with everything needed. Comfortable bed and great shower. Around 15/20 mins walk from centre of old town but also nice cafes and restaurants nearby, lovely to have the choice. A short taxi ride from airport makes it really convenient. Would 100% recommend and would love to return. Antonio embodied every other person we met in Bologna, every single person we met was friendly and helpful and welcoming. We’ll be back :)

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

Giorgio è un host con esperienza, è stato lui ad accoglierci e ci ha dato tante informazioni utili per la casa e per spostarci col nostro mezzo. Si tratta di una casa antica ma accogliente, ben riscaldata e con cucina completa. Per chi viene in macchina è fantastico avere il parcheggio interno privato.

Una soluzione perfetta ancheper i viaggi di lavoro tra colleghi. La soluzione con i bagni indipendenti nelle camere è davvero funzionale. E c'è anche l'indispensabile per colazione e farsi un pasto

Well, what to say? I think that Piero is the host that everyone should meet when booking on Airbnb. Always available and proactive, gave us very good advises on transportation on arrival too. It was an amazing stay at Piero’s house. The room was cozy and very comfortable. Cleanliness at its highest perfection. I will always remember the breakfast with the homemade yogurt and the espresso made with the moka with blues and Luis Armstrong as a background music. The house is located at 2 minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore which is the main square in Bologna so needless to say is in the middle of everything. I am a student so I often go to Bologna to take exams, but as of today I must say the staying at Piero was the best experience out of all other places I have been on this city. I strongly suggest Piero for your staying in Bologna!

L’alloggio di Paola e Roberto ha tutto per essere la soluzione migliore per passare dei giorni a Modena e dintorni. Facilmente raggiungibile, parcheggio sotto casa, a due passi dal centro; alloggio pulito e spazioso, con la possibilità di usufruire di una ben fornita cucina. Molto bene anche quanto a disposizione per la colazione. Paola e Roberto sono molto cordiali, disponibili e flessibili. Consiglio vivamente!

Great spot to spend time in Bologna. 20 min walk to the train station to do day trips out of bologna if want to. Host provides breakfast spread which is very kind and even helped me with my laundry!! recommended for a stay in bologna :)

Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

This was our second time at Il Ceraseto, and it is our favorite place in Italy. Stefano and Marilena are wonderful and their property is beautiful. We loved the delicious breakfast and coffee each morning on the patio, with the view overlooking the valley. We enjoyed our conversations with Stefano and learning about the history of the area. He was very helpful with suggestions for things to do and great restaurants for us to experience the food and wine of the area. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Ho alloggiato in questa casa vacanze insieme alla mia ragazza. Camera e bagno privato puliti, cucina in comune ordinata. Nessun disturbo da parte degli altri inquilini.
