Beautiful appartment, very clean and cosy. We feel like home every time we book there.

Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro di Bologna sia se, come noi, si va all’unipol arena per un concerto. Zona tranquilla, fornita di mezzi di trasporto, negozi e supermercati. Noi abbiamo conosciuto Sara come host ed è stata gentilissima e disponibile, la casa un vero gioiello, impeccabile e pulitissima.

Il cottage è immerso nella natura ed esattamente come descritto: si respira molta tranquillità. L’idromassaggio all’aperto è stato meraviglioso, ed i proprietari si sono premurati di farci trovare l’acqua ad una temperatura perfetta. Sono inoltre stati disponibilissimi nell’adattarsi alle nostre esigenze ed i nostri orari, se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

Unser Sohn war mit seinem Trainer für 1 Woche in Castel San Pietro Terme. Sie waren von Cristinas Unterkunft begeistert und haben ihren Aufenthalt dort wirklich genossen. Cristina war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, würden wir auf sehr gern wieder bei Cristina buchen.

A great place to stay , with extremely welcoming and helpful staff. A perfect stop over for our family of four.

Einfache Wohnung mit viel Platz und allem was man braucht. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Wir waren schnell mit dem Zug in Bologna und Modena und innerhalb von einer Stunde in Parma und Mantua. Rosanna war eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und gut zu erreichen.

We had a lovely stay at Piero’s place. It has a feeling of a grandmother’s house, which makes it warm and welcoming. The check-in was very smooth. Gladiola welcomed us with her lovely pie. Very clean space, good heating, stably warm water, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with extra duvets, which we indeed needed. I would have loved a couch for more comfort, but this is totally our own personal preference (it was not listed as an item of the house anyway). Thank you, we look forward to coming back again!

Das war die beste Unterkunft, die wir je gebucht haben. Blitzsauber, zentrale Lage, schön eingerichtet, sehr schöne Terrasse. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiter. Grandios!!! Donatella ist die perfekte Gastgeberin!

abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni in questo fantastico appartamento in fattoria. É super vicino al centro di Modena ma anche a centri di interesse come Maranello. Patrizia é stata super gentile, presente e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. L’appartamento é impeccabile inserito in un bellissimo contesto paesaggistico e pieno di animali. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Super consigliato!

Вполне приличная квартира, соответствует цене и описанию, имеет все что нужно для комфортного пребывания. Расположена довольно близко к историческому центру города (пешком 20 минут). Рядом есть супермаркеты и т.д. Мы испытали трудности с парковкой машины, но это скорее лотерея… Хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда готовый подсказать, помочь и пойти на встречу. Было приятно иметь дело и общаться. Если вы ищете бюджетные и комфортные апартаменты в Болонье, с радостью могу порекомендовать эту квартиру.

After visiting some large Italian cities we completed relaxed in Emilia Romagna in this remote apartment. The scenery was stunning and the local small towns were welcoming. The food and wine were great! We visited Maranella and Bologna by car which was straightforward and recommended but much of our time was relaxing, reading and walking. We highly recommend Emilia Romagna and Matteo’s B&B

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en amoureux dans l’appartement de Cristina. Très propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût avec tout le nécessaire, il est parfait pour découvrir le centre ancien à seulement quelques minutes à pied. La communication avec Cristina a été parfaite dès notre réservation jusqu’à notre départ ! Nous recommandons.

Perfect location, charming street. Appreciated map on condo wall and print out of suggested restaurants. Enrico quickly responded to a shower drainage issue. Exiting the train station was confusing but we found our way. A 15 min walk to condo. Modena food tour was fun for us. Visiting the museums and classic pieces in the churches were a highlight for us.

If I could give 10 stars for the place and the hosting,I definitely would.This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had on Airbnb.I can only give compliments, both about the place and about the host.Monica was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking care of absolutely everything, from clear communication and a smooth check-in to providing all the household essentials.There was everything we could possibly need; we truly felt at home.She knew we were traveling with our baby, so she thoughtfully prepared everything a toddler might need: a baby bed, a potty, lots of toys and books, baby dishes, and more.The home was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.We slept well and felt completely at ease, just like at home. The location was also great: a quiet neighborhood, very close to a mall and public transport (bus and train stations).It was super easy to get around.I especially want to highlight her hospitality. She regularly checked in to make sure we weredoing well and had everything.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

Really nice place! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and nice and clean accommodation. Lovely private terrace. The pool was super nice and clean, and we had it all to ourselves. Valter is very friendly and he was flexible both regarding arrival and departure. Although Valter doesn't speak English, communication works fine with Google Translate. Although Valter and his wife live in the same building, you don't hear much from them, so you feel like you have the place all to yourself. A very small downside; The bed on the 1st floor was a very hard. And from the description, you might think that there is aircondition in both bedrooms. However, I had already read in another review that there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and a fan in the other. We highly recommend the place and would live to visit again some day.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Our original flight was cancelled and the replacement flight 2 days later meant we arrived at 2 am but access to the farmhouse was organised for us and communicated clearly.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday.
