Dette er en meget skøn lejlighed i en charmerende, gammel bygning og i et område der er i gåafstand til alt. Selve lejligheden er godt indrettet og ideel til to venner eller to par der rejser sammen. Desværre var vi ret støjeksponerede i de dage vi besøgte lejligheden, men det er det man må forvente når man bor så centralt. Desuden lå vores booking i eksamensfejringsperioden og weekenden (der var ørepropper på badeværelset). Paola er en fantastisk vært. Meget sød og enormt responsiv. Hun sendte blandt andet gode anbefalinger og gjorde os godt tilpas i boligen. Jeg kan klart anbefale Paola og denne skønne lejlighed.

La casetta est vraiment un petit coin de paradis ! il y a vraiment tous les équipements nécessaires et même plus ! On a beaucoup apprécié prendre le petit déjeuner dans le petit jardin sans vis-à-vis. Elisa est vraiment aux petits soins, plein de bonnes recommandations. Je recommande à 1000% vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! (merci pour tout Elisa 😉)

Stefania’s place was absolutely beautiful! The apartment at the house is stunningly pretty with unbelievable views! Super clean and tidy as well! Stefano’s and Stefano were incredibly welcoming towards us, providing numerous recommendations of places to check out nearby. It truly was a pleasure to stay here!

The apartment was great - clean, comfortable beds and we loved the outdoor space. It was super quiet for being in a busy part of the city. We used Bologna as a jumping off place for day trips elsewhere which made the location convenient for getting out of town while also walkable to restaurants and grocery.

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! The little house was Pretty, and we find all what we need. The place ist cozy. The Garden was amazing. And the Hamack was the Hillight for me. it was a great Time bei Lorenza .

If I could give six stars out of five, I would. This place is lovely: beautiful inside, modern and clean, the hosts are friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

La estancia fue comodísima y sin complicaciones. El lugar es mucho más lindo de lo que aparece en las fotos, y el jardincito es una delicia. El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar bien, cocinar y disfrutar, además de muy convenientemente ubicado.

Apartamento espaçoso e agradável, sobretudo no Verão. Claudio muito simpático. Correu tudo bem durante a estadia, apenas tivemos alguns problemas de instabilidade da internet.

A beautifully appointed apartment that fits the description and photos well. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend Sara & Gabriele’s apartment.

Clean , organized and Marco is extremely helpful. Quite close to the center of Bologna and is on a bustling street which is the key place for food and night life in Bologna. despite being on a busy street the house is fairly inside and you don't hear any street noises and can enjoy a calm sleep.

We just completed a month-long stay at Carlo's place--what a fabulous experience! Gorgeous terrace, great views, spacious and light-filled. The kitchen is especially outfitted for long stays; there was plenty of silverware, dishes, and glasses for every use, and every appliance you can imagine. Heat and hot water were plentiful. Carlo was helpful and prompt in answering questions. We loved the location because it is close to center but perfectly quiet for sleeping. And the view of the rooftops of Bologna from the bedroom was a daily delight. We highly recommend--especially for longer stays!

What a lovely apartment! We were met by the housekeeper who was very nice, the place was spotlessly clean, lots of thoughtful items left in the kitchen for our use, it was spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming, we didn't want to leave! Next to a very good restaurant, easy walk from the train station and the middle of town. The owner communicated very well, and we never had to ask anything, she provided all the information we needed well in advance. I cannot wait to return. Very highly recommended.

Все соответствует фотографиям: комната оснащена всем необходимым, прекрасный вид с балкона. Кухня общая, очень чистая, есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Лёгкое заселение. Мы поздно выезжали, багаж оставили в квартире, легко забрали. Спасибо за все, рекомендую. Единственный минус это плохая звукоизоляция и было немного шумно, может из-за субботы и праздника, но для нас это не было большой проблемой.

Elena was an excellent host and the condo was perfect in every way. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Great location, amazing cooking facilities, wonderful suggestions for where to go and what to do. We loved our stay here.

Barbara is a great host, always super fast, very friendly and really helpful. The self check in is easy and the appartment is as beautiful, clean and well equiped as one can see on the pictures. The little balcony is a big plus. We loved it! Thank you, Barbara!

Perfect location, charming street. Appreciated map on condo wall and print out of suggested restaurants. Enrico quickly responded to a shower drainage issue. Exiting the train station was confusing but we found our way. A 15 min walk to condo. Modena food tour was fun for us. Visiting the museums and classic pieces in the churches were a highlight for us.
