Metropolitan City of Bologna : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

This place was just what we were looking for: cozy, spotless, quiet, and perfectly spacious for two. It’s right next to Bologna’s train station, which made it super easy to find (and despite the location, you can’t hear the trains at all, it’s incredibly peaceful). Everything was excellent, from the smooth communication with the hosts to all the thoughtful touches in the apartment. If we ever return to Bologna, we’ll definitely stay here again, it truly felt like home. Thank you for everything!

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

Molto bello, per due persone è perfetto. Molto ben fornito e trovandosi in centro è perfetto per gli spostamenti. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.

Great location and cool apartment. Only complaint is that it was incredibly hot in the loft and we could not change the temperature of the apartment (21.5° C). Otherwise the apartment was fantastic.

The accommodation was great and exactly as described in the listing. The place is beautiful and very cozy. It's a bit remote, and depending on your car, getting there can be a little tricky — but it's absolutely worth it once you arrive at the house. We had a wonderful stay!

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Siamo stati 5 giorni per viaggio di lavoro. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere della casa come meritava perchè pernottavamo solamente. Punti di forza sono l'ampiezza degli ambienti, la presenza di tutto quello che serve a rendere piacevole il soggiorno, la pace e la tranquillità, la vicinanza dell'uscita autostradale, la chiarezza e disponibilità di Michela. Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno.

It was an amazing stay in rural Italy! You feel really close to the nature - lots of hiking trails (from easy to difficult) can be found in the area, some of them right near the house. And at least when we stayed there were no tourists in the woods, we were the only ones, plus a few locals. We stayed with our dogs, who enjoyed the large private garden of the house. Marzio and Rebecca gave us many great recommendations, sent us contacts of the restaurants nearby, were instantly available for all questions and - overall - they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We highly appreciate that! Note also that this house is suitable for remote work - I actually had to work for the whole month, and the Internet connection worked well for me (just make sure you inform the owners in advance, so that they arrange the right package). In the village nearby you can find a really good butcher, and I will highly recommend farmers market in Poretta Terme every Saturday - for vegetables, fruits and the best porchetta we ever tried. There is a lot to see in this area, and of course - there is a lot to eat and to drink! We enjoyed our stay a lot!!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our work trip to Bologna. We liked that it had two bathrooms and it was centrally located. We could easily walk to the train station where there was a taxi rank and links to local bus services. Although off a reasonably busy road, the house was an oasis of calm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was immaculately clean and warm. Pia and Marco couldn't be more helpful. They sent me a list of recommendations and always responded to any questions promptly. This was our first experience of Airbnb and we will definitely use it again and hope to return here.

Good sized apartment and very convenient for station for trips from Bologna, many places easily accessible. Nice and quiet. Well equipped kitchen with table to sit comfortably and 2 bathrooms very useful. We enjoyed our stay and Carlotta was very helpful.

Durante il nostro breve soggiorno è andato tutto benissimo, la casa corrispondeva alle foto e la posizione si è rivelata ottima. In caso di esigenza futura valuterò sicuramente di tornare.

This was my third Airbnb on this Italy trip. It was by far the best. I wish I could give 10 stars. Starting with a superb host whose communication could not have been better from day one. The beautiful apartment with hardwood floors, fresco ceilings, modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, a tray of fresh fruit and a fridge with drinks and yogurt, coffee and teas, cookies, and breakfast toast with honey and jams. A short walk to the Imola racing circuit. Excellent pastries, and cappuccino directly across the street. Shopping a few steps away. And restaurants literally a short walk, including the fantastic Sam Domenico, a Michelin two star restaurant. I’ve never walked to a Michelin restaurant in my life directly from home. I simply don’t have the words describe how happy I was with everything related to this apartment.I hope to return and stay even longer. I highly recommend renting this apartment unless, of course, I want to. Near perfection.

Antonio was incredibly accommodating and kind. It was an in-person check in, but he allowed an early check in and was super responsive. We had a great experience staying at his place.

Monica’s apartment was comfortable, quiet & very convenient to the main Piazza of Carpi. There is interesting artwork on the walls & every amenity was catered for. It was perfect for our short stay. Carpi is a lovely small city with lots to see & do, welcoming residents & fabulous food. We wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Monica for your assistance.

Alessandra’s apartment was fabulous, an amazing location right in the heart of Bologna. She is a great host, everything we could have wished for was provided & more, treats on arrival which delighted our children & a bottle of Prosecco which delighted us! The apartment is so clean & beds really comfortable. Alessandra is a responsive host & nothing is too much trouble, she went out of her way to help us with a later check out & transportation. We would love to stay here again. Book it, you won’t regret it, it really is a gem of a find in the heart of the city. Thank you Alessandra! 🌞

L’appartamento era in ordine, pulito con cura e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona molto tranquilla, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata piena. Parcheggi gratuiti disponibili a pochi passi, davvero comodi. Tutto è andato liscio: soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi.
