Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We had an amazing family holiday here and loved the ambient of the house with its vicinity to a wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear water. Thank you to Enrico who supported us with helpful advice!

Francesca a été réactive et nous a donné des instructions claires pour prendre possession des lieux et même une entrée anticipée. La situation de l'appartement à deux pas de la plage de Poetto est parfaite, et la grande terrasse est un réel atout.

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

Sehr nette Gastgeber ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

villa impeccable dans un cadre splendide piscine avec vie sur la mer. la maison était identique aux photos. je recomande.

The house was exactly as described, had everything you need for peaceful vacation. The only small thing was; there were no dishwashers , so I needed to be the one 😉. The beach is 300 mt away, but even that was not something to affect my day (not mentioning my partner who needed to carry a sup twice a day 😆. ) The beach is just great with great beach bar with great prices and even greater service. We do hope to be back, but next time for more time! On the end, I really recommend the place. btw: Marta is really really nice

We found Cristina's very place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are the most comfortable we have found. External metal shutters allow you keep the place dark so you can have a laying without being woken up by the sun. Garden was neat and tidy and the covered out door seating area also useful should it rain. On premise parking is useful, although you would also find space in the street should you want to park there. Cristina's is very responsive and has suggestions on where to go. As Cristina had no one renting the day before us or the day after we left she gave us flexible check in and check out. Would happily rent Cristina's place again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Angelo. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht. Von der Spülmaschine über die Sonnenschirme für den Strand bis zur voll ausgestatteten Küche. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Besser geht es nicht wenn man einen Strandurlaub mit Kindern (wir haben zwei) verbringen möchte. 1 Minute ans Meer zu Fuß sind unschlagbar. Angelo war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tips für Restaurants in der Umgebung etc. gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur aufs Wärmste weiterempfehlen.

Ich liebe Solanas schon seit meiner Kindheit. Das Haus von Andrea liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon zum Meer ist atemberaubend schön. Andrea hat es uns leicht gemacht uns direkt willkommen und wohl zu fühlen. Er war immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Am Morgen nach der Ankunft hat uns Andrea viele Tipps für Locations und Unternehmungen geschickt. Wir danken Andrea für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. 🫶🏻

Lieber Lorenzo, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche, die wir in Deinem Haus verbringen konnten. Hier stimmt wirklich rundherum alles. Vor allem die Sauberkeit, die freundliche Kommunikation mit Dir, die absolut ruhige Lage sind Dinge, die hervorgehoben werden müssen. Es ist schön, solche Kleinode zu finden. Wir kommen wieder. Wir haben sehr entspannte Familienferien in der schönen Villa von Laura verbringen dürfen. Die ruhige und private Lage, sowie Nähe des Strandes hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe war sehr sauber und kaum von Touristen besucht. Die Villa entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, in Natura aber war sie noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass jedes Zimmer ein angrenzendes Badezimmer hatte. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Laura ist eine ganz tolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und insbesondere zu erwähnen, dass wir bei Ankunft schon früh ins Haus durften - sie war sehr flexibel. Einzig zu erwähnen, dass auch noch im September/Oktober die Mücken nicht Ruhe geben und wir die Fenster ab der Dämmerung nicht mehr öffnen konnten. Moskitonetze wären von Vorteil.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. We stayed in this beautiful villa from 19/09 to 28/09/24 and had a wonderful, joyful vacation in Sardinia. Silvia is a very nice host, made us feel very welcome and allowed us to check in early. The property is very clean, the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The garden is stunning. All the beach bars, coffee shops are within walking distance. The beach and the beautiful sea are just across the road. Only minor issues - mosquitoes flew in, perhaps it would be a good idea to install screens on the windows of both bathrooms.
