Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und uns richtig wohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt, sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der gut in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist riesig. Luca vor Ort, war sehr freundlich und gab uns ein paar Tips bzgl. Essen gehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

Siamo stati benissimo. La casa di Rossella è spaziosa, luminosa, super accessoriata e comoda. A pochi passi l’inizio della spiaggia di Santa Margherita, con acque cristalline. Lo spazio esterno molto comodo per mangiare fuori e rilassarsi. Mi piacerebbe tornarci e la consiglio a chi cerca una vacanza rilassante. Rossella sempre reattiva e gentilissima, insieme a Francesca, che la supporta in loco. Voto, 10!

Maria Francesca est accueillante et réactive. L’appartement bien placé avec une place de parking et un ascenseur était parfait pour notre séjour. Beaucoup de charme, avec une jolie vue sur la mer, il est beaucoup plus spacieux que les photos le laisse paraître. Propre, bien agencé, de la literie et du linge de bain impeccables aux petites gourmandises laissées par Maria F., tout est prévu pour que l’on s’y sente bien. Le Check in et Check out autonomes sont très appréciables surtout quand l’avion arrive dans la nuit. Le logement est bien situé, à côté d’un supermarché, proche de la plage Poetto et des salins où se balader près des flamants roses est très appréciable. Encore un grand merci à Maria Francesca pour sa gentillesse, réservez sans inquiétude!

I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Giorgio, l'appartement est spacieux et très agréable à vivre, nous nous y sommes tout de suite senties comme chez nous. Giorgio et Marcella nous ont accueillies très chaleureusement et nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter des lieux et des alentours. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos. Bien équipé. Literie propre et confortable. Logement calme. Climatisation appréciable. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Carolina, elle a toujours été réactive et arrangeante pour nos demandes. Seul tout petit bémol, lors de notre séjour nous n’avions pas accès au wifi à cause d’un problème de box mais cela n’a pas eu un réel impact sur notre séjour. Sinon tout était très bien, je recommande ! Grazie mille Carolina 🙂

La maison et le jardin de Cristina sont très bien entretenus. Les chiens sont très bien élevés et ont fait la joie des enfants. Il y a de belles plages à proximité. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour faciliter les déplacements à la plage.

Mycket bra boende! Gott om utrymme för en familj på 6 personer. Trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Relativt nära till en fin strand och en mataffär samt bra kommunikationer till Cagliari. Restauranger i området helt ok i kvalité och pris. Aperol Spritz på caféet bredvid COOP smakade bra efter en dag på stranden. Fantastisk båtutflykt med Cagliari Rent. Rekommenderas!

+ nearby is a beautiful beach + very nice place for family with small children + a little shop is 5 minutes away by walk - nothing negativ about this place

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was really fast and they always asked if everything is fine and if we need something. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood and only a 5min walk away from a lot of restaurants. The apartment was really clean and modern and totally worth it the money. Unfortunately one evening we discovered a cockroach in the shower so be a bit aware of your stuff and luggage but it’s a general thing in Cagliari so we definitely would come back for another stay in this apartment!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Azurella war wunderschön! Der Strandzugang zum quasi privaten Meer war super, die Außendusche war der Hit und bei tollem Wetter muss man die Unterkunft eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen. Wer Lust auf einen ruhigen Strandurlaub hat, ist hier genau richtig. Alles wichtige war aber trotzdem gut und schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles, wir hatte eine tolle Zeit!

The house is outstanding for 6 people, we been traveling first time to discover Sardinia and the house is spacious and has nice garden we found all the property very clean. Also the house is located close to Coop groceries very important if you planning to prepare food at home and the beach is very close too. Air conditioning works good and kitchen ans living room were very nice. Communication with Laura was always good.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand mit super netten Vermietern. Da wir mit kleinen Kindern angereist sind wurde extra die Bettensituation auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst und sogar jede Menge Spielzeug extra bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation war auf italienisch unkompliziert (es gibt ja Übersetzungsapps). In den Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben die zwei Badezimmer sehr geschätzt, da wir mit zwei Parteien unterwegs waren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sehr modernes und sauberes Apartment mit allen nötigen Ausstattungen. Die beste Dusche die ich je in Südeuropa genutzt habe! 😁

Logement bien situé à 5 min de la plage en voiture. Restaurants à proximité et 20 min en voiture de Cagliari. Très bonne communication avec Eficio et il a été d’une grande aide pour que nous puissions avoir le logement plus tôt que prévu. Très beau séjour je recommande le logement.

Logement super, lieu top, hôtes très accueillants ! Audrey propose un appartement très très mignon, propre, dans un endroit calme. Il y’a également à disposition un parasol, des chaises pour la plage et même des jeux pour enfants! Un petit cadeau de bienvenu nous attendait à notre arrivée ! Audrey et son mari sont d’une très grande gentillesse, nous avons eu un petit problème de fourmis (problème connu sur l’île, ce n’est en aucun cas la faute des hôtes!!!) , mais Audrey et son mari ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien ! Ils se sont même déplacés dans l’appartement pour tenter de trouver une solution pour se débarrasser de ses fourmis…. Nous recommandons ce logement (aussi pour une petite famille c’est vraiment vraiment super)!

Cecilia et son mari sont des hôtes très accueillants, bienveillants, disponibles et très gentils. Leur logement est magnifique, à deux pas d’une très belle plage. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli, comme des amis, avec de très gentilles attentions. Nous y retournerons sûrement et recommandons à 100% ce merveilleux endroit. Merci à vous 2.
